I have to say prior to this it was a bit of nightmare with all the staff I spoke to at Money wellness They were unclear, did not keep promises to call back and it took a week before I actually spoke to someone which was very stressful.Once it got to the main IVA agent is was great. The agent from Freeman's called when he said he would, made everything clear and simple thankyou Mathew for resolving this efficiently and professionally.

Ok in the first year! After that hound you far worse than the creditors ever did customer service are absolute w⚓️ ‘s!!!

Agreed to end IVA 8 months ago, now apparently its being extended. No letters recieved. App does not work, it keeps closing after a few seconds.

Fantastic service and advice and was easy to set up my iva and the process was fairly straight forward although the start was a fairly long process everything was explained to my properly and I am now finally on my journey to becoming debt free my debts have had a huge impact on my mental health and you guys have been fantastic in helping me deal with this thank you so much and really appreciate the help I have received I now look forward to being able to get back on top of my debts and financial situation and look forward to a future debt free highly recommend money wellness/Freeman jones
