Gosforth Life in the UK test…
My wife took the Life In The UK test at Gosforth near Newcastle. We arrived and followed the instructions to get into the building which involves announcing our arrival on a intercom system. We could not hear what instructions the lady was saying due to people around talking and the movement of trolleys in and out of the building. We asked her to explain and she hung up. Some others were entering so we went in and followed the others who were also going to take the test and arrived on the 4th floor. On arrival the elderly lady loudly told me to leave the building I should not have entered only my wife. That's fine I made a mistake due to not hearing the message. The elderly lady was very rude in her mannerism and my wife also felt the same of the whole team. To be more polite and friendly costs nothing after all we joe public are paying their wages.
