They quick to want your bank information through stripe but you can share until your blue in the face NOTHING. I WOULD NOT USE FREE FUNDER NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND AT ALL. FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF

FreeFunder has an easy to understand user interface, a very simple account set-up, and is a great way to get donations for your cause. When you post updates, it re-directs followers to your donation page again, so they can also see how your live page is getting traction and continue to share it with others.
I never expected our cause to take off like it did, within the first day alone, we already had donations totaling $2,500!

This website is super easy to navigate and so user friendly. After having donated to a scam fundraiser, I reached out to request my money be refunded, and John from the support team was so quick to get back to me, while having already disabled the fundraiser and providing others that contributed their refunds, too. This was my first time using FreeFunder, and I will absolutely use it again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend them should you ever want to set up a fundraiser or donate to a cause.

Very simple platform to use

As someone who had never used fundraising before, I found the site easy to navigate. Having the option to share to social media, right from the main page, was very helpful. I had to contact support for a question and they were quick to respond.

FreeFunder is transparent and informative, meaning they really will not take any additional fees on top of the stripe fees (for credit card processing.) Also the process is clear and simple. There are things that one needs to be aware- there are stripe fees (which are understandable as there are fees to use a credit card) and all the money may not be available immediately as bank transfers take time and there is some small percentage that FreeFunder keeps for 120 days for potential charge back (which is something that is important to us as we are raising money with a timely element.)

For someone who has never done crowdfunding before, I found that the process was very straightforward and easy to set up. FreeFunder also has excellent customer service. I found their customer service representatives were very professional, kind, helpful, and quick in responding to all my questions and concerns when I needed assistance.

Unlike other fundraiser websites, FreeFunder doesn't charge any platform fees to use their site which I think is wonderful. I also love that FreeFunder allows you to make bank transfers easily and quickly while crowdfunding. I think this is extremely helpful. Especially when you’re in a life situation where you need the funds you’re raising immediately.

After my husband had a cardiac arrest and a quintuple bypass surgery, the thought of money was the last thing I wanted to think about. Freefunder's website was very transparent on fees and ease of use. Others charge ridiculous fees - Freefunder charged just the fee for processing a credit card.

I loved the ease of sharing on social media and the ability to update everyone. Also was cool to be able to add offline donations we received so we could see where we were at in the goal. I can't recommend them highly enough!

This platform has been much more transparent than others like GFM. The verification and payout process is easy. We also love the built-in QR code and “text to donate” feature! Both features have been instrumental to add to social media reels!

Free funder was easy to set up, they didnt take any unneccessary fees off the top, and they were very helpful when I had questions.

What a great service to not have to rely on sites that charge to use them. Stripe still takes a significant cut for running the payments so it's nice to be able to preserve the contributions made as much as possible. Their encouragement emails are helpful. The site is also easy to use. I'm very pleased with Free Funder!

Freefunder is easy to use and navigate! Freefunder does not actually take any fees out of your donations. The payment processing platform used (Stripe) takes a very minimal charge to process the payments received, but *FREE*funder does not charge charge you for their services!!!!!! 100/10 recommend.

Free Funder is the best option out there! Everyone is rightfully concerned about being taken advantage of by the big competitors especially when you’re raising money for someone who is sick and needs help! This company is a trust worthy option that is like a breath of fresh air. I can’t say thanks enough for helping me raise money so my mentor in hospice nursing can fight cancer. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have had some bad experiences with other platforms so searched for alternate fundraising options and decided to take a chance on freefunder and I am so glad that I did! The campaign was easy to set up, easy to update and share (they still need to figure out how to share better on instagram) and easy to make transfers from. Using stripe was a good idea but it does also come with fees so be cognizant of that. My fundraiser is for my daughter's friend who has been in the ICU for about a month, it has been pivotal in being able to cover her bills while we try to figure out the best ways to help and support her. It has only been running a couple of weeks and we are almost at 70 percent of goal. I am very pleased with the responsiveness and support from the team. It continues to be a great experience in a very trying time, giving me one less thing to have to worry about.

The charge came through from LinkedIn and was rejected and reported as fraud by my credit card company.

Long story, let's just say they were fantastic and answered all my questions completely and it turns out to be an issue with the recipient on my donation, which they and I have alerted her to and hopefully it's going to work perfectly for others who donate.
I could possibly also have something to do with being out of the USA when I did the donation.

This site has been such a blessing by means of reaching people who want to donate to my cause and giving them a user friendly experience that anyone can figure out. They don’t charge fees to use it either, so you get more of the donations to keep for your cause which makes them way ahead of other sites already! Lastly, customer service is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this site! One cool thing I noticed was if you are raising money and want the public to be able to track how much they have contributed to the cause, (they can remain anonymous or put their name) this site keeps track of your progress and everyone is able to see it live. Free Funder really helped our campaign and I’d say it’s been life changing.

Unfortunately learning of my sister's cancer return, I was in search for help. I was overwhelmed and exhausted. The simplicity of free funders platform setup, lower fees and easy access to share is most helpful. However, I am most impressed that free funder is willing to donate to all campaigns. I highly
