We love your cereal bars in our house although none of us is on a 'free from' diet. They are very filling and utterly delicious. Best cereal bars for us! Thanks 👍

Products didn't arrive, no communication
I ordered some products online two weeks ago. They still haven't arrived. I contacted the company via form on their website (the only way of contacting them) still no reply or my order. Money has been taken out of my bank account. The phone number on the website isn't valid. I guess I lost £20 unfortunately I won't be ordering again from this company.

Hi Dominika,
I'm really sorry to hear about your experience when trying to contact us. It’s definitely not how we want things to go and we didn't meet our normal high standards on this occasion. We are always working to improve our processes and to make the customer experience as good as possible, so we are grateful for your feedback.
Upon checking, I can see that a replacement order was sent out to you and successfully delivered.
I hope you’ll give us another chance in the future.
Best Regards,
FREEE Foods Team
Don’t bother buying online !!!
Wish I saw the review below before ordering online. Worst company I’ve ever ordered from online! I ordered three weeks ago and no reply when I followed up on where it was twice on their contact form tried their social media page and no reply but they can still post about their products !!!

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. One damaged pack of food in my order - after two emails, filling in the customer form twice online and trying to communicate with them on Facebook I still cannot get them to reply in any way shape or form.
