I’ve seen so many fake, scripted zoom sales calls by 22yo gurus on social media but I must say Shane is the real deal. Freedom Academy teaches ethical sales skills done right that don’t feel like manipulative, cringe and downright pushy tactics.
I think aside from marketing, sales is a key skill any business owner, entrepreneur or anyone seeking to create additional income streams should have especially in this AI age.

The opportunity presented to me on my sales call and what was spoken about on the webinar no longer exists.

Even though it’s very clear inside Australian Consumer Law that if what was stated on the sales call has not or cannot be delivered, the customer has the right to request a full refund, Hibiki (Freedom Academy) are choosing to not provide one.

I screen recorded my sales call and it is very clear what was stated is not what is available now.

If a business chooses to build things on the fly, and during that build some things fall apart. That falls on the business, not on the customer.

After emailing and requesting a refund multiple times I have been denied and also have had access to the community removed.

Freedom Academy is the real deal. Incredibly engaging content and the learning process is really well structured and easy to follow. What Shane and his team have put together has helped me to learn and understand the psychology of sales with integrity. I’m constantly learning and refining my communication skills so that I can develop and be of better value and service to others. I haven't yet completed my training with Freedom Academy so I'm unable to provide a full review. The training so far has helped me develop a strong foundation in remote sales while teaching me the importance of buyer psychology, empathy, confidence and understanding human behaviour.
