Frans has the power to captivate the entire room! His calm way of speaking and thorough knowledge made a huge impact.

In fact, after the session I remembered his words many times when the situations came in real time. For example I called the clients instead of writing an email to get a closer contact with them. And sending the quote happened after a few interactions with them. Me calling a client as a reminder resulted in her asking for a quote for another piece of decoration for another event.😄
