Fragrance Nevaeh has amazing customer service, extremely fast shipping, and usually the lowest prices you can find. Top notch fragrance discounter and I will be a life long customer.

The fragrance arrived 4 weeks overdue.

The fragrance leaked such that we received only 60ml instead of 100ml. The fragrance bottle still leaks.
Anya at "customer service" has responed 4 times now and each time, there is no apology, just hiding behind "international carriage", no response to my questions about insurance, which I paid a premium for (for what?). There appears to be no conscience, care or "customer service". I will NEVER purchase anything from these peopel and neither should you. Dreadful expeirnece in what was a special Xmas gift for my son that appears 4 weeks after Xmas, and 60% of the product. Just awful.

These guys are the best! Sometimes it can be hard to get what you want but their prices are unbeatable. I think I’m at over 10x orders with them at this point and they’ve had great customer service. Two packages went missing and they were quick to help out and get me refunded with no hassle.

I was sent an email from Fragrance Nevaeh letting me know Speed Legends was now available. I placed an order which said to please allow 2 to 4 business days to process. AFTER A MONTH of not receiving my order I ask for a refund and was charged 5% for canceling. On an order you said was in stock knowing good and well you did not have Speed Legends when you sent me that email. So please be careful on ordering pre-orders. If you pay upfront and they do not receive the product you are charged 5%. THATS NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS. The email I received on Oct 10, 2025 Also read click and buy now and grab yours before it goes out of stock again. So I assume with that email you sent me, I would be receiving within a week not a month. Don't send your customers emails if your not receiving the product. Thanks I'll take my business to Venba or Olfactory

Customer service is amazing, one item was delayed and the owner communicated his with me directly. Because of the delay they also gave me a few decant and samples with my order. Packing was great too. They also have some of the best prices!

This was my first time ordering from Fragrance Navaeh and since it was an expensive fragrance I was a little nervous at first. I preordered Penhaligon’s Cairo and about a week later it came back in stock. Within 12 hours I got my tracking info and they shipped it right out.

I didn’t even pay for faster shipping but it still showed up in just two business days which was awesome. Most fragrance sites take a week or two so I was really impressed. The packaging was super secure and everything arrived in perfect shape. The box looked great, the bottle was flawless, and the scent was exactly what I expected. I even checked the batch codes and everything matched up perfectly. It’s 100% authentic.

Their customer service was just as good. I had a couple of questions about other bottles I was interested in and they responded really quickly. It honestly felt like talking to a small local shop that actually cares about what they do.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier. Fragrance Navaeh is reliable, fast, and completely trustworthy. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

Where should I start? Well first after I ordered it took 6weeks for it to arrive. I needed it for a funeral, and asked if I could have it shipped fast. So I just used some old cologne I had, so finally when it arrived the box with the fragrance in it was mangled, like a dog chewed on it. Really they must have dogs in their warehouse, cause this box was chewed up. Now allow me to get to my real problem...

The late delivery, the box chewed that I could write off, but not this. The bottle was missing almost a third, I thought it must of spilled, but no, I couldn't smell anything. Just because I wanted to smell the fragrance, i sprayed it. It smelled like the dog pissed on it too. Needless to say I asked for a refund, and sent it back... What did they say... We can't except this and said they would send it back, well another 6 weeks.... Nothing. I was just gonna trash the piss water anyway, but for the point... Where did it go? This happened a little bit ago, and only now after having a dream about the mailman going pee on my mail did I decide to post. My therapist said Im regressing anger towards them. In a way I kinda wondered after reading their reviews... Where are all the 2,3,4 star reviews. Whenever I read reviews on big companies, the reviews are scattered.. naturally 5 and 1 get most, but all? I mean this company is either the best company with a few horror stories(would also be weird) or there is a shark in the pond. Now I've heard, speaking in generalities here, that there is companies that buy fake reviews. I'm definitely not saying what's going on here, because I know a company with this record of 5 star reviews wouldn't need to do that. But I've heard that happens. They pay for reviews, and they are all prewritten ads essentially with 5 stats.. but they never think to put mundane reviews, the ones that most people write. They only write 100%positive ones! So those are some experiences I had. Maybe someday the piss water will return, and be full and smelling great. Because it was a $400 bottle

I ordered a perfume “ready to ship” , after 2 weeks i sent a email, because i was still waiting for it to be shipped. They replied back saying they did not have a new one, but they had a tester in stock, so i said yes and after 6 days i had to sent a email again asking for my package and they replied back saying they did not have it???? What a terrible experience with this company, not a serious company ñ.

I placed two orders. One on Friday, and the next on Saturday. They came back to back Tuesday and Wednesday! Im beyond happy with my purchases and the packaging. Each item was carefully wrapped with extra bubble packaging, as well as some extras all around the boxes. The Fragrance Nevaeh Team gave me a distinguished and remarkable customer service experience, like none I’ve experienced before in the best way possible. I preordered Mind Games Blockade. Their preorders can take 2-3 weeks to arrive to their warehouse, something also stated on their preorder listings and website, so the transparency is much appreciated. As expected, the fragrance was shipped out a little after the two week mark and arrived to me a few days after. Unfortunately, as cautious as shippers and Fragrance Nevaeh as a seller can be, accidents do happen, and when the fragrance arrived it was broken. Fortunately, I emailed their customer service email account, they asked me for a few pictures and provided me with a form to fill out and in no time, they were able to ship me out a second bottle. Now, the second bottle also did not make it, maybe it was a factory error, but the Anya was so kind and caring to not only ship a third bottle (after fulfilling the photo and form prerequisites), but to also, at my request, ship with another delivery company, and over pack the box to ensure safe arrival. The third bottle came in today, and after a healthy wait and some patience, I can happily say that the fragrance came in perfect condition and as expected, it is 100% AUTHENTIC. Of course it was frustrating as a customer to go through the trials, but Anya and Caleb had excellent communication and ensured a positive experience throughout, despite the setbacks. This is not my first purchase, but it is a good reminder that Fragrance Nevaeh truly cares about its customers. Thank you guys again, and I can’t wait for my next purchase!
