UNFAIR BEHAVIOR
Charge me freight for tractor that driver blew the left door off and wouldn't make it right. Charge me for a freight haul on a KHUN cutter and didn't deliver it but kept my money and I had to pay another company to haul it to me. That is not right to do anybody that.
HOPE YOU FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO HANDLE YOUR LOADS FOR YOU.

I did not get delivery when I expected
I did not get delivery when I expected. This set back my hay harvesting by three days. The driver was inexperienced and did not have the proper trailer. This made both loading and unloading very difficult.

In less than a day had 6 different quotes. Picked one, they did a great job, there was an issue with the tractor when it showed up. However, both fr8star and the company that I picked have gone over and beyond to make sure it is resolved.

I was charged 800 USD more than the quote due to the measurement’s being wrong. But otherwise great to work with.

I got both loads contracted for $2400…
I got both loads contracted for $2400 but it cost $500 to $1250 more in the end. I should have gone with the most expensive bid as they were more prepared for contingencies.

NOT AS LISTED......BAIT AND SWITCH ON PRICE
The shipping Co that was listed thru FR8STAR tried to Bait and switch and add an additional $100 fee to the agreed upon listing.......VERY POOR service......I would not use the actual shipper Bluecomet and feel FR8STAR show NOT promote this CO any further......My shipment took extra days to get moved and many needless phone calls to finally get it done......Be careful....These guys are NOT what they say.....

Thank you for your review and feedback. I am looking into this situation since we do not allow our network of vetted transport companies to ask for any more money. This is assuming all of the dimensions are accurate when the load was added to FR8Star.

Quick service and fair price
Quick service and fair price, but did not completely abide by my dates that I wanted to do and I don’t like that I was charged a service fee. Kind of felt like I was pressured to hurry up and get it done.
