Hi, Im an interior architectural designer consultant from past 14+ yrs and working in autocad & sketchup.. but since i came to know about foyrneo n using it. i must say its amazing to use it but needs some upgradation n im sure eventually it ll be done.
in addition to that, i want to thank the entire team for helping us specially Miss Geeta & Mr. Mahesh.. im really greatfull to both of you.

Very helpful indeed. I cant wait to get started. The learning platform is fantastic and the staff pay particular attention to any of your questions quite efficiently.

The perfect app for DIYers and professionals alike that is both intuitive, useful and cost effective. For me, the differentiating factor is the massive, comprehensive library of 3D models, many of which are based on real life things that you can actually buy. The HD 3D rendering capabilities are also first class. My final reno looks almost identical to some of the 4k renders I took. This can save you enormous time and expense figuring out which wall paint to use, furniture placement, lighting, etc.

One minor nitpick is that the program can struggle a little bit sometimes if you have many thousands of detailed objects -- it will lag a bit.

Also, the preview rendering function is quite spotty and will fail to render anything at all about 50% of the time, while continuing to show a loading screen. This can be quite the time waster.

However, this is made up for by the generous monthly credit allocation, excellent customer support and low subscription price point.

Mazhar was so patient and helped walk me through a complex issue on a project. I really appreciated his help!

Customer services was kind and clear with instructions to fix my issues.

Mazhar was very helpful in resolving my issues this morning and helped me to gain some valuable insight that I was not previously aware of.

Love that it's all stored on the cloud, meaning when I had an error the chat team were able to help me quickly. The chat service is brilliant.

I have been using Foyr Neo for a little over a year and have been loving it. What I loved the most is the support that I received from day 1. I can schedule a learning session anytime that is convenient to me. There are also weekly Q&A sessions on Thursday via Zoom that I can attend when I am able, as well as "Fix it Friday" videos. These tools helped a lot to breech my learning curves.

Starting my 3rd year using this software, in general it does get the job done, there are some features I really appreciate being able to add my own prints/textures/etc, being able to easily resize items, there are however some things that require a bit of finesse to get the results I want, they're usually open to feedback but often can't do anything about it on the spot, have to wait for enhancements down the line, they have lots of you tube videos which I appreciate, I recently ran into a performance issue and one of the team members, Mazhar Khan, took 45 mins troubleshooting with me on a live meeting, he figured out the problem (my browser) and told me how to resolve it. it wasn't even an issue with their program and he still spent the time and patiently walked through everything with me to figure it out. that's great service!

Foyr Neo is a game-changer for interior designers!
It’s an excellent program that allows you to create stunning, professional renderings that truly wow clients.
The learning curve is very manageable—I was up and running with my own renderings within just in a couple of weeks.
The support team is outstanding, especially Noemi, who has been incredibly pleasant, responsive, and helpful every step of the way.

I Highly recommend Foyr Neo for anyone looking to elevate their design presentations!

The software is great when it works. In the last week, I havent been able to log on twice and I'm in the middle of a project. Reliability is becoming very inconsistent.

I was gifted Neo Foyr as a Christmas present by my husband. I work with a lot of interior design programs and didn’t want to add another one even if it looks amazing.
So I contacted the team almost immediately after the purchase and asked for the cancellation of my subscription and a refund of the payment. Mahesh has been very helpful, my subscription was canceled the day after and my refund issued two days later. Thank you to the Foyr team, I really appreciate it.

What a breath of fresh air. Foyr allows me to design beautiful, scaled rooms, homes, and renders without a steep learning curve, and at a much more affordable price compared to other systems on the market. Instead of investing in complicated CAD programs, Foyr gives me the opportunity to make money through my designs. The support from Foyr is exceptional - they are always responsive, provide video examples, and offer training whenever needed. There is a wide range of pre-made objects available, or you can create your own. Foyr even offers to create custom objects if necessary. In addition, they have a "design for you" option for when time is limited or an extra hand is needed in the design process. Despite my initial hesitation to try another rendering program, Foyr has become my favorite and the only one I use now. I appreciate that Foyr is constantly updating their program to provide better options, showing their commitment to continual improvement.

The software is just OK. It's limited in what it can do. The bigger issue is that it is tough to cancel your membership. The account page has a Cancel button that doesn't let you cancel. Instead, it just offers you a cheaper plan option and asks you to fill out a form explaining why you want to cancel. All that just to then tell you that you have to contact your account rep to cancel. Don't bother using the chat support feature to try to cancel. They will tell you that you can use the cancel button from the account page, but you cannot.

Last year, I didn't cancel in time, and when I called about the charges and said I wanted to cancel, they said it was too bad. This year, I'm having to jump through hoops to cancel.

Been using Foyr Neo for 2 years and am impressed with how easy it is to use and how great this company is with adding new features. Also- customer service is top notch! Always get a timely response from people who know what they are talking about. I always recommend this product to fellow designers.

I've been using Foyr for two years to design my apartment and dorm room. The actual database of models is exceptional, and you can upload anything they don't already have. The interface is well-designed and easy to use. The renders are high quality and look natural. But, most importantly, the staff and the support team are incredible. I had an issue with one of the objects I uploaded, and their team took the file and fixed it, even though the problem was on my end. It seems they're always available, they are super helpful, and they get results. Highly recommend.

This is my third year with Foyr Neo as an interior decorator, after having used basic free software like HomeStyler and the like, and it is a total game changer ! I used to Photoshop over my renderings because they were too basic but now I get fabulous 4K renders just as a baseline, and 12K if I want to blow them out of the water. And they're so fast.
The most amazing feature though is the walk-through, and it was what drew me to this particular company. Client needs are evolving and having them go from angle to angle in their new space really sells the designs in a new way, even for me it's so fun to use.
Bigger interior design firms might not be the target but if you're an independent decorator or designer and you want to up your rendering game, this is the software for you. Very intuitive, very helpful customer service, I've never had any glitches in 3 years, and it's just a fantastic time saver overall. Can't recommend it enough !

Its a very good design software where renders take only few minutes and come out with great clarity.

Its a great value for money for those starting in designing.
