I've been on a good number of video handpicks with the guys from Fox, especially over the Winter months.
Being based fairly rurally, in person hand picks aren't always easy but due to the rapport built up with the guys on the other end of the video hand picks, I built up some good rapport and all important trust with the video staff. When you can't get there in person, they became the eye's for me, though steering away from using their own opinion on what I should and shouldn't pick (which I guess most people would be itching to give when looking at a piece of clothing!)

We were looking for something specific that we sell a lot of, that recently became difficult to find. We made a detour to Derby on our way back from one of our shops & we were not disappointed.

From the excellent customer service (which is rare with wholesalers) to the great quality stock we managed to handpick, Fox impressed us. We loved the fact it was a relaxed & stress free environment whilst the team were still super attentive. Every time we got to the end of the selection that was out, they went out back & got us what we needed & more.
