I am happy to leave this absolutely terrible review of Fountains.com.

While the fountain itself is excellent, it is widely available from other vendors so I urge you to buy elsewhere.

Customer service at Fountains.com is awful; the rep I dealt with, named Kars, was so completely unhelpful that it bordered on incompetence. The manager would not reply to my very reasonable request for assistance. In addition, communication from them was so poor that my 500+lb fountain showed up for delivery with absolutely no advance notice from Fountains.com.

Take my.advice and buy your fountain from a company other than Fountains.com!

Ordered a custom metal fountain for my client. Amazing customer service and the price was great. They were helpful in providing spec sheets for my project.

Ordered a $17,000 fountain. Mistakes in manufacturing cost me hundreds more to repair. Now parts are failing after less than 2 years and they won’t help. They use poor vendors and don’t stand behind their products. Be very careful ordering from them.

I spent a little over 30k on two reflection pool fountains that have never worked correctly yet. Have been though serval lighting issues trying to get the two to sync and work together and now the pump is out on one of them that's only a few months old. They sell for top dollar but use cheap parts
