Easy to read website

We had a double power point put in today, hence the delay in setting up our Regen Rain Garden Fountain. We love it. Saw one in NZ recently and had to buy one when we arrived home in Qld. We also bought the Udara Rain Abstract Fountain as a gift for our neighbour. Online experience was great, smooth delivery and great products. Thanks Ron.

Good communication. Item arrived as described. Solar option is a little underwhelming with the battery storage size. fountain turns off randomly during the day also. This is likely an issue with the solar unit. I would opt for a plug in version if ordering again.

Saw what we wanted at 2 pm and the Fountain was delivered at 10 am the next day. We live in Port Macquarie so imagine our Suprise and pleasure.
Our original fountain had been badly damaged in the late Nov 2022 BIG hailstorm and the space was vacant and looked poor

Our pump arrived in good condition and in a timely fashion.

Bought a large water feature and two statues for my back garden from Fountainland, very happy with their products and the fountain and two statues look wonderful and really complement my back garden, the friendly and helpful assistance given to me by Auron and Carla was most appreciated, nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to provide good customer service to keep me happy, this is the old-fashioned kind of service where the customer is valued and treated with respect.
