Identify my 20K vertical niche in which I am already a valued expert; 2. Identify the funnel of industry wide users; 3. Power up Linked In for cross-industry exposure; 4. Have lots of content in the queue ready to tweak and ship; 5. Use website and newsletter to drive Substack subscriptions as the initial product. After selling my first company, I was searching for what to do next. I had learned so much from my first business, and was really excited to jump into something else, but I was struggling to get started. I always knew I would start my own business. Someday. From age 23-28, I built a career helping other people bring their visions to life. Which is when I started looking for a program like Founder OS. At that point, I was mostly looking for a community of people on a similar journey facilitated by someone who was actually legit.

My first $5K month was the first time I felt like I might actually have a business, and I knew the best, most fun way to build it would be alongside others.
