Amazing Discovery Meeting
I just wrapped up a call with Daniel, and it was an excellent experience. He did a great job walking me through the Founder OS Program and clearly explaining the value of what they’re building. He also connected it very well with our project goals and ambitions for this year, which made the conversation especially relevant and useful. Overall, it was a really great and productive meeting.

I joined Founder OS 1.5 months ago, and it's completely transformed both me as a founder and my business. Okay so if I can recommend ONE thing from this entire program, it's this: attend Sean's calls.
We were honestly a bit stuck after dropping our new offer - new audience, new positioning, and we just couldn't figure out how to structure everything properly. I've been in the program for 2 weeks now. Before I joined Founders OS, Matt reached out to me and sent me a personal voice message. This instantly got my attention. No other founder has personally sent me a voice message before.

Once I started, there was an onboarding process which is great and it helped me to get started and made me feel welcome. I have been in other coaching programs and this has been the only one with an onboarding process.

The community is active with founders at different levels in their journey and this is great as I am able to learn from the different businesses. I am also able to contribute to the group.

Being in Australia, there are plenty of live coaching calls available for the timezone, which means I don't feel like I would miss out.

The coaches have been so welcoming and helpful. I can see that they are passionate. Jelena is very warm, supportive and nurturing. She helped me onboard and is always actively supporting everyone in the community.

Sean has really helped me by deep diving and pulling apart my ideas and concepts, helping me to hone what I really want and what would actually work. He has helped me break things down into simple actionable steps, giving me a more clearer direction.

These are the types of coaches that I want in my corner. Supportive but honest; giving constructive feedback and helping me to understand what practical steps I need to take to move forward.

I've only been part of the program for about 2 weeks, and honestly, it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. FounderOS isn’t a magic pill. You have to put in the work. The courses, coaching, and curriculum are extremely legit.

Matt Gray is who he says he is. The guy has mastered efficient systems and processes and how to build a content-driven business (which is the future). Getting access to his brain, helped overcome a lot of problems quickly - which in turn saved me hours of pain and generated a lot of success for my business.

Beyond Matt, the real unmatched value: access to Matt’s team.

Special shoutout to Sean Logan. I got to spend the most one-on-one time with him, as he always made himself available. He is a jack of all trades. Instead of making any hard decisions for my business, I would prepare detailed breakdowns of my problems and take them to Sean. In matters of minutes, he’d be able to dissect my problems and give me full clarity in which direction I should take. Those 45 min sessions were priceless and worth the entire program.

Claire was also great. She taught me how to find, evaluate, and hire true A-players. Your hires eventually become the engine of your business. The knowledge I gained from her help will continue to pay off forever.

FounderOS eliminated guesswork, saved me countless hours, and gave me a real blueprint to scale. If you want to stop winging it and start building a business built to last, this is where you level up.

From my very first sales call with the team, I knew their systems were solid. Even our initial conversation was a masterclass in closing.

The modules are packed with actionable information, and the coaching is exceptional. I never wait long for answers.

I had no business before Founder OS - just an idea. Through the last three weeks of coursework and calls with Jelena and Matt, I've narrowed down on my ICP, built out my very first offer (!), started doing user interviews, and hope to close my first sale next week.
