Already under a lot of pressure, having somebody like that was a huge relief.
As everyone would, I checked several other places, and felt rushed and disrespected which pushed me away.
It is a challenge when you are a foreigner to get anything in the beginning.
My financial situation got much worse in the past several months due to big unplanned expenses, but as I didn't have missed payments and have full time job, Dennise managed to find something that will not be a complete disaster, like others offered 😁
Once I finally decided which car I want, he did everything quickly and smoothly, I got a car within 2 days.

Unbelievable service really, I contacted Forza mid afternoon and had full approval before the close of play on the same day. Every step of the process was slick and I couldn't fault a single aspect of the service. Will looked after everything for me and was fantastic, knowledgeable, pro-active and always contactable.
