First contact with Demitri was very professional, a quote was organised straight away. Was very efficient and I loved the detail provided on the quote. He filled me with confidence in the company straight away. Adam came to do the install. Adam was again very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be explained. Checked I was happy with the installation plan and carried it out very neatly, tidied up and tested all. My installation for an EV charger was far from a simple one but Adam dealt with it with ease. I cannot fault anything at all and will gladly recommend to anyone. Thank you Adam and Demitri.

EV charger install. Forward energy was recommended by the EV charger manufacturer- hypervolt .Engineer was able to price the job via video call at my convenience. Quote for the job was promptly given and turn around time quick once I had accepted.
Engineer turned up promptly and executed work well and quickly. Engineer made sure cables / box tidy - cables secured well and neatly etc. Very happy with service and quality of work.

Forward Energy recently installed my Hypervolt charger. The service was great from start to finish with Demitri doing a pre survey via mobile at a time to suit me and then a quick install date. The day of the install went smoothly and the electrician was really friendly, cleaned up after himself and gave me a full demo of the charger. I would definitely recommend.

I was recommended by dealership sales and found Alexander Zane is nearby. I contacted Dimitri and he came to my house and had a quote for me. I found it was reasonable and agreed a time scale to install the Hypervolt charger. The guy came round on the May bank holiday(very appreciated) to install. Because on it's own so he spent a bit longer time but he done it neatly and professional. All I am so pleased.
Afterwards, the communication seemed disaapearing, no reply, no confirmation of receipt my balance. Until recently, I had email regarding 'Certificate' and other paper works.

There was great communication from Demetri from Alexander Zane from the start of the process. They were happy to take my requirements for the charger placement on board, and the install was quick and efficient. Afterwards the engineer took the time to ensure I had all the information I needed about using the charger including some tips and tricks. Highly recommended.
