Seeing low income tenants have payment conditions changed with little notice after writing formally to agree payment plans, only to revert, demanding full payment is not acceptable. Written agreements that people balance finances around to be changed on a whim is reflective of this organisation. Management of the building and allocation of resources wasteful.

Renovo, has been working with Fortem for their Day Time Reactive and their out of hours Emergency repairs for a number of months now and it is evident by the swift turnaround of maintenance reports how much Fortem as a Company appreciate their residents and clients alike. The overriding factor for Fortem is Customer Service and quick responses to maintenance issues while ensuring any works carried out is done with minimal disturbance to the residents & they’ve clearly got this on point!

I couldn't have asked for better service. David Broadway and Maria Fadeeva led me step by step though the entire property purchasing process; from selecting a property, finding the best mortgage offer to signing off the completion documents. Even after completion I was given follow up sessions to ensure all my questions were addressed.
I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Both David and Maria have extensive knowledge in their individual specialties and they go above and beyond by providing time to explain all the aspects of the purchases.
