It misses trades sometimes
It misses trades sometimes. I had many hopes in the app because it can be powerfull and it´s the only one with reasonable cost for small retail trading accounts.

I tried every possible config to avoid mistakes but it still fails sometimes, not much. I run it under Windows Server 2022 in VPS to copy orders among Metatrader 5 accounts only.

It can still be usefull if you are swing trader, take small risk per trade and can check the app orders tracking once a day or so. I also found the app is more reliable the less parameters you change and the more simple the config you use.

The app developers update the app continuously, so maybe at some point, the app avoids copy errors completely, but that is my experience after 6 months with it.

Скачал бесплатную версию копировщика для cTrader, чтобы копировать сделки между счётами. Потратил немало времени на попытки подключиться — безрезультатно. Обратился в поддержку, подробно описал проблему, даже указал, что именно вводил. Ответ был максимально формальный: "у нас всё работает". Никакой попытки разобраться, никакого интереса к деталям.

На сайте тоже нет чёткой инструкции по подключению именно cTrader, так что даже при желании разобраться — не с чего начать.

Возможно, где-то и моя ошибка, но игнорирование со стороны поддержки убивает всякое доверие к продукту. Такое отношение к пользователям — красный флаг.

I have been with FC4 for a year. Though minor errors still occur after big updates, FC4 remains a good copy-trading software. Big thanks to Miss Diana, she is always supportive.

I used it for several months, with many execution errors. I updated to the most recent version available and it stopped working completely. I have been trying to contact support for several weeks but no means of responding. I'm fed up. Bad software and very bad customer support

The best trade copier, thanks to all the support that did help me, if you have any issues with the app don't worry just contact them they will always help you until it get's resolve. you just need to pay one time and you have it for life that's a good deal because all the other copier require you to pay monthly fees for every account you need to copy. thanks to the dev of forex copier 4.

I have bee using Forex Copier for 9 years on server. I had no any technical issue. At the time of new version relasing I got support (really! ) within a minutes.

It takes some time to get used to and understanding the logic behind it. On the way, support was excellent, fast and clear, always got help within the same day.
I had a subscription copier, which was good but once I got FC up and running it saved me a lot of money. Besides, the new version has the option of exchanging Metatrader/ CTrader orders, both ways. I trade intraday but might do longer-term trades with a VPS, still much better than the monthly subscriptions I was paying.
I can honestly recommend FC.

Its easy to set the software and everything else to install.
I got start-problems with connecting all my accounts, but the Support, the Agent was "Diana", helps me wonderful! Quick answere and just helpful with everything and now everything works, after i tested.
Good Software, good price, in this case good Support.
Thats my experience after everything works after 1 Day.
I guess the future will be good without problems!
