Very bad service and an extremely unresponsive team. No one responds to your queries, and there is absolutely no proper support when you need it. Very disappointing experience.

Disappointing customer service
Wanted to upload a client's work for their caller tune. I didn't know their policy says one cannot. I wrote to them tried to tell them that I didn't know they wouldn't allow it. Requested them to do a refund since the song was not processed but they did not oblige. Pretty disappointing.

As per the guidelines from the platforms, we can not process any corporate/promotional tunes. It is already mentioned on our site also there is no such refund policy in that case.

It is not the right way to run a company
I have mailed you twice for the problems that i had faced. Its very much unfortunate that i have paid you and in return you did the same thing to me that i have faced in my past.

Dear Abhay,
We have already sent an email a while ago, there is something I need to confirm with you. But you haven't replied yet, I guess you should reply us first before sharing your feedback over the Internet. We always welcome any type of feedback, we have the courage to accept negative reviews too. But before that give us time to solve your query.
