DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We had our terraced house re-rendered and it is now completely damaged and cracked and pulling away from the brickwork underneath. A surveyor has told us it is in danger of breaking off and causing injury. We were given a 5 year guarantee from Forever Homes which is not worth the paper it is printed on. After a visit from the tradesperson that did the job and receiving confirmation that the job wasn’t done well and needed repair, the company will not return phone calls or emails. Every now and then they return a text message to book in a phony scaffolding appointment. But nothing ever happens; nobody ever appears. This has been traumatic for us: not only was the work expensive to begin with, we are now left with a dangerous material on the front of our house. We will now have to get legal advice. Do not, I repeat, do not, use this company.

I seem to be joining a long list of dissatisfied customers who have been ripped off by this awful company. My story is similar to others with poor work not completed, lack of guarantee, lack of responsiveness and a waste of time and money getting the work done at all. I so regret using them and would advise those who are looking to get their home decorated and protected from cold and damp - please look elsewhere! If only I had gained a knowledge of the Lord before employing this company, I would have had someone I could trust, through the Church. Next time...

This company are an absolute disgrace.
Sadly my problem goes back to 2022, my job was finished December 2021 & within the 1st few months cracks appeared all over the new render on the front, side & back of my house, a very big crack was on the front.
I have been FIGHTING ever since then for them to come & repair it all.
It turns out that Tom Kirwin sold me the job along with a 25 year warranty that on 6.5.21 when we signed the contract was worthless as he had set up a new company on 3.5.21 with a slightly different name ready to take everything over from Alan. When I spoke to Tom in October 23 he told me he did not have to honour the warranty, so he knew exactly what he was doing when he ripped me off on 6.5.21.
Craig returned in March 22 & filled the large crack with mortar. He then didn’t return until October 22 to paint over it & the other cracks on the front & used a paint that was a completely different colour white. So the front of my house was then also left patchy. Those cracks have now all opened up again. None of the cracks have ever been addressed on the side or back of my house. That is the last time anyone came here to do repairs,
I have then begged Craig,Tom & now Brian month in & month out for nearly 3 years now for them to do the right thing & correct the disgusting job they did for me in 2021 that cost me £11,500. MY HOUSE LOOKS A MESS THANKS TO THEM. They should be ashamed but actually they don’t care at all.
I have even tried calling the old boss Alan, today he hung up on me as soon as I said my name!
In October 24 in desperation I put reviews online regarding this sickening experience. Suddenly Tom called me & asked to come over to inspect my house. He agreed it was unacceptable work & promised to repair it all. He immediately emailed me a ‘letter of intent’ & asked me to take my reviews down. He said he had lost £30,000 of work because of my reviews. So in good faith & because I’m a decent person I took the reviews down. Guess what - my house still looks the same. I believe he never had any intention of repairing my house. Absolutely despicable behavior.
We are good, decent, hard working people. We don’t quibble on price. We are kind & generous to any worker that works for us which included the Forever Homes guys. We do not deserve to be treated like this.
This company is a disgrace. Do not even consider using them. They have no respect, morals or conscience.

Absolute joke this company, pushy salesman and always weird have a cancellation for the following week, so can start on your house! They employ self employed painters whom are rude, lazy and have a lack of customer service like Tom (Director of co) and Colin (salesman). Never answer phone at office gets diverted and not answered! Guarantee they give are not worth anything. Carl made a complete mess of our house, was corrected by someone else but for the money paid still not to what we expected! Reviews of company - most are from years ago, none really recent - should tell you something.
Please beware of even asking for a quote from these cowboys! I hope they go under again !

Firstly theres was a pressure to sign a contract to lock in the deal, and an over emphasis on their wonder sealing paint, felt like a sales demo, once deposit was paid, they took forever to do the job and didn't actually finish, didn't answer phone calls and emails. When you did get through they would give dates and times and never stick to them then go quiet again , this happened more than 5times. They blocked the drains from pouring cement down them, left the front of the house exposed to the elements, not coated. not painted. the took over 6 month (didn't complete) DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS
