I got a call within the hour of putting my details in on the website. The operator was very polite and understanding and explained everything to me so well. I was transferred automatically and had no time on hold. I was carried through each step and explained about the different solutions very well. I was able to become accepted for a debt management plan at an affordable cost for me within an hour of being on the phone! I am now so relieved to know my debt is being handled and I’m very confident with this company!
