Forest feast you rock ✌️ just stopping by to leave a review after buying the dark choc sour cherries & choc figs from Boots. They were amazing, big chunks of quality dried fruit & thick covering of dark choc, 100% will buy again 😋
I contacted forest feast after ordering two boxes of their products. For some reason none of the packets of goods I ordered were of their usual standard and perhaps an issue with storing so I contacted their customer service who responded incredibly quickly, passed the issue to the products team who again responded quickly, taking my feedback seriously and have arranged a replacement. Whilst not ideal for my purchase, I have to commend their customer service and response.
I placed an order on the Forest Feast website on the 6th of December. Two weeks later, on the 20th of December, I'm still waiting for the products that I ordered. Extremely slow delivery, unacceptable, Forest Feast never again. Hopefully I'll get the products that I was hoping to share with friends before Christmas at some point. Maybe after Christmas? As I said, this is the first and last time that I order from them.
I mean you think you are buying something healthy (usually get dried mango) but today purchased salted caramel almonds and checked ingredients and saw rapeseed oil? I mean wtf? Never again. Literally paid to get poisoned and bloody expensive too.
My favourite nuts - after buying these for years, I contacted them about an issue I had and they were very quick to resolve. Thanks again.
I bought three different nut Forest Feast mixes. All three are rancid.
I purchased some chocolate brazils from amazon and they tasted funny as had not been stored properly by amazon. Amazon refused to exchange or refund. I wrote direct to Forest Feast and the lovely Deidre apologised for the experience and sent me a 6 box selection of their most popular products. OUTSTANDING customer service. Deidre deserves a promotion. I have tried some of the products amd they are delicious.😍
Worst product ever. We bought the Caramel Milk Tart at Checkers in Upington Mall. The one we bought had green " muf kolle" on the tart, I took it bank and Checkers exchanged it. We cut the new tart and taste it. Not very likable. It does not taste nice.
Although not cheap, you’re buying tasty healthy and nutritious food that’ll save a fortune in sweets! Delicious.
