Excellent!!! This is the second time I buy from them.
They have a great variety of Indian products with very good quality and reasonable prices.
Their website provide very clear and comprehensive information of most of the products, stating clearly the prices and other relevant information. This is something I personally value very much. I like to know what exactly I am buying.
The delivery is done quickly, the items are carefully packaged and you are always well informed.
They keep good communication ALL the time...but specially when you need it the most.
Their customer service is exceptional!
I had a query/claim...and they quickly reached back to me kindly providing a very satisfactory resolution. They showed fairness, honesty and reliability. This is what I value the most: they are really trustworthy!

We’re really sorry this order didn’t arrive in time for when you needed it, and we understand how frustrating that is — especially after paying for Express delivery.
Since then, we’ve reviewed this and made improvements. From now on, Express orders will be sent with DPD instead of Royal Mail, so customers should receive their parcels the next working day in most cases.
Regarding the packaging: we sometimes use a larger outer box to help protect items in transit and prevent crushing. We’re glad to hear nothing was damaged, but we agree it’s not ideal and we’re working on improving box sizing to reduce unnecessary packaging.
We also listened to feedback about delivery charges and decided to update our pricing for lighter parcels starting new years :
Under 5 kg: now between £3.99–£4.99
Above 5 kg: remains £5.99
Thank you again for raising this — it’s helped us improve. If you’d like, please message us your order number and we’ll review your case properly.
Excellent Communication
I found Foodbazaar online after my usual Amazon supplier of US snacks ran out of stock.
I was instantly impressed with their WhatsApp service. I asked a few specific questions and was answered in minutes. This gave me peace of mind to complete my online order. Shipping was clearly priced up and customers can be confident knowing that no hidden extra costs or vat will be added.
Because I order early morning, I was told I'd get same day shipping. This was done by DPD Local, who always text alerts and keep you informed.
Sure enough, just around 28 hours after I placed my order, the goods arrived safely.
Very impressed. There ARE trustworthy businesses out there and I will definitely use Foodbazaar again.
