Bath Store - Excellent!
Bath Store - the staff in the Bath store are amazing. They have repaired my sons phone 3 times now and seem to be able to save it even when I'm sure it's unrepairable. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Hove branch
Hove branch - I went in with a phone that had been ran over. Beyone repair, but the staff here got it going enough to save the data on it and transfer it to a new phone, and are doing what they can to rescue the fitted SD card which was also damaged. Calm, patient and affordable. Thanks guys.
Replace parts they think you wont notice
I brought my girlfriends MacBook Air Pro here to be repaired after it wouldn't turn on one day, I attempted to swap the battery first in case that was the issue, it had a brand new 8000mAh battery installed when I took it in to be repaired, they weren't able to carry out the repair it needed so I started the return process for the battery on Amazon, when I got the MacBook home and opened it however my new battery wasn't there, but a very old 7200mAh one, guy in the shop told me they only took the back panel off tested it and saw that they couldn't repair it and closed it up again, a complete lie because I know the battery had all 5 screws in when I took it for repair, they only returned it with 3, I know for a fact they removed the battery. one screw was also missing from the back panel when they returned it to me, they don't look after your belongings and will try to cheat you.
Avoid for screen repairs, duplicate parts used
Got my Samsung S22 ultra screen repaired from Reading store for £250 and within a month my screen went blank or would not respond at all, looks like they don't use original parts and getting a refund is impossible and may need to complain to consumer forum. There us no complaint procedure if you look at the website and these independent stores have nothing ti do with the company and are independent, avoid them

Avoid Winchester store
I bought a refurbished Samsung A 53 5G on 14 Aug 23. (I thought I had bought a new one until I got home and looked at the Sale Agreement.) In early Jan 24 it seized up and couldn't be unlocked. I was told it needed a new screen and would be ready for collection in 4 days. I was then informed that it needed a repair in London and I would be contacted when ready for collection. I wasn't contacted, so called to be told the phone was not repairable. I asked for a replacement or refund, but was told the staff member was on holiday in Pakistan - they were unable to say when he would return. After two more weeks my wife called in and was again given the run around. On 13 Feb I insisted on a refund. The assistant repeatedly spoke to someone on the phone and attempted to delay once again. Eventually, after stating my intention to take them to the small claims court, they haggled over the amount of the refund, hiding behind some small print that, in my view, was hardly relevant. Eventually, in order to draw a line over my dealings with this company, I settled for a smaller amount than that to which I should have been entitled.
I was very disappointed with my dealing with this company and would not recommend them.

I went into your Witney branch and was served by very friendly young man named Zee he was very professional took his time to resolve my query was extremely patient with all the questions I had he fixed my broken screen and put on a screen protector for me to protect from further damages being new to Witney I was hesitant at first to use them but this young man was alone working very patient and helpful definitely will recommend

I have been to the Fone World Store in Poole (near the Dolphin Centre) several times during the last year - as advised by the O2 Store who were unable to look into the specific problems - and all of the staff have been very helpful and knowledgeable.
Excellent customer service
I went to the Colchester store on Weds 3 January where there was only 1 member of staff working that day. Unfortunately I did not get his name. He spent a very long time resolving the problem with my phone, all whilst dealing with many other customers who came in with problems, queries and questions. He was courteous, polite, helpful to everyone and was very knowledgeable. I hope that the company realise what an asset he is to them. I would definitely recommend him, and the store who have helped me out in the past as well with another staff member.

I wish I could score a zero. Very unprofessional & frustrating service. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
I went in with my son’s Nintendo Switch on the 24th of December as it was not charging. The guy tested the Nintendo on some gadget & and said he had identified a charging port problem. We were told that he needed to order the replacement part from somewhere & would be ready for collection on the 27th. When we got there, the Nintendo Switch was not ready and we were told it needed to be sent to their “lab” in London for fixing as they identified problem with moisture. I asked why they had not communicated that with me as they had my contact number? the man said he needed me to see the Nintendo Switch first before sending it off, which I felt was ridiculous after having wasted a journey for something that could have been resolved over a telephone call. My son & I were sent away and told the process would take 3-4 business days.
I phoned today, 3rd January to ask about collection and I spoke to Ali who was rude & abrupt with me on the phone saying he would let me know when ready. I asked him about the timeframe in order for me to manage my son’s expectations and Ali kept on saying “maam, maam, I will tell you when it’s ready” which again was a frustration situation. He ended the call by being blunt saying he would give me back my £35 back if I wasn’t happy with waiting.
Now I worry about malicious damage.
What a disgusting way to deal with customers!! and very frustrating.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Phone screen got cracked and went there for repair (Oxford branch). £75 in total cost. The worker broke the back glass so had to get that replaced. On first try the fingerprint scanner would not work. When he had another go, broke the new back (cheap replacement parts). I received it back and noticed that BOTH cameras had accumulated dust whilst being repaired! The screen had not been put on properly, causing light from the charging sensor to leak out into the front facing camera. Went to get that replaced and they refused and asked for another £75. They simply do not know how to fix phones. Go somewhere else unless you want to see how much your phone can get f*cked up!
Fone World Weston-super-Mares
I could not plug the charging lead into my 'phone. I took it firrst to another repairer who quoted over £50 to repair. I then took it to Fone World in Weston high street where they cleared some fluff and other debris from the socket which took less than a minute. The telephone now works perfectly again and no charge was made. Excellent friendly and helpful service and nice people.
Real Competence with a Smile
This was a visit to Fone World in Westfield, Shepherds Bush, London. It was right at the end of service on Sunday. Muhammed listened to the problem and acted. Because the charger port was not functioning, I assumed it was a a fault with the part which another Fone World shop had fixed a few weeks ago. Muhammed spent time investigating. No, he declared, it was fluff/dirt that was causing the malfunction. He cleaned it up diligently and declared the problem solved. How much would that be on a Sunday, I wondered? Nothing, declared Muhammed, happy to help. One consequence here: Fone World has another loyal customer going forward.
