I appreciated the hands on approach. I felt heard and understood. The assignments were appropriate and helped me further shape my vision, mission, and messaging. The conversations and activities made me think but I never felt alone, rather I felt like I had an experienced partner - a think partner. I learned a lot about myself and the direction I want to move forward in. Ms. Canton was awesome, she followed up with me, and the resources were and readings were invaluable. The marketing plan that Ms. Canton helped me with was awesome and I couldn't have done it with out her experience and her wealth of knowledge. All my sessions were professional and organized - we worked from start to finish.

Allan has been a mentor to me and my business partner for many years. When he joined Focal Point, we decided to enter into a coaching contract. The regular contact, encouragement, and business knowledge has been SO HELPFUL to us. We thought it would be temporary, but we just can't give it up so we keep renewing.
Focal point has a lot of tools that refocus us when we need it. Sometimes we are free style where we get help on specific issues. Sometimes Allan uses the tools to bring us to the next point in our coaching relationship, and decide what we will work on next.
This is an invaluable service for my small business.

Having a weekly meeting with Allan really centers our thoughts. It gets us on the same page and provides us with something specific to work on for the week that betters the business - working on the business, not in the business. I can hear his phrases as I work now. If one of us is not able to attend, the notes provided help see how the meeting went and where we are focused on. We absolutely love working with Allan!
