Hi. . I want to thank Sofia for my holiday . I want to write that I had a difficult situation, the hotel we booked in Sofia was supposed to open for the first time in May, but for some reason the opening did not take place. We were offered hotels that we did not like, and Sofia helped us get all the money back, and together with her we found a hotel that we liked. The holiday was wonderful. Sofia was always in touch. We thank Sofia very much for our very good holiday and hope that this is not the last vacation organized by Sofia.

Sofia from Fly&Joy helped arrange our family trip to Antaliya. She was patient and informative whilst we were deciding which holiday to choose. A difficult task for 10 people! She communicated with Tui for special assistance, spoke with the hotel to arrange a celebration for my Dad's birthday and checked us in both flights.
