Our property presented some additional challenges due to its pre-fabricated concrete construction, u originally a right to buy Property making the whole process particularly complicated. However, Donna and Caroline were absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

This is the second time I have purchased a mortgage and the first time I have used a broker. The team at fluent were excellent. I purchased my new property via auction and wanted to make use of a lodger moving forwards, so the situation was slightly more complex than normal. The guys at fluent, especially Chris, we're excellent. On Chris, he was a proper expert, knowledgeable, treated me with care and respect and was a pleasure to work with.
