Great priced product, nearly half the price of any other retailer. I used Flubit points and saved an extra 20% as well. Process fairly straight forward and my points arrived in my account instantly. Now hoping delivery will be this easy, if so i will use again.

Ordered £500 worth of PC components from Flubit, saving myself £100. Delivery was very fast, everything came well packaged and was brand new.

I did send an email to get an update on postage, then I got a call saying the driver would be there in minutes. Responsive, solid service.

I thought I will try buying a book from them rather than usual Book Depository or Wordery as they had this interesting Flubit points system. When purchasing Flubit points they stated that the points will be in my account within the next 5 minutes and an email confirming purchase of points will be sent to me. It took around 2 hours for the points to be added to my account and this was done after I approached the customer service team on Facebook, who responded to my message in approximately 1 hour. The contact number on the website is not being answered and each time I called an automated message said to leave a voice message as no one would pick up. However, as I managed to get through to helpdesk via Facebook I have revised my star scoring to 4 as once this matter has been looked at by the team, which were experiencing few delays, it has been resolved fairly quickly and I finalised my order shortly after.

I needed a book to help me with my job role and thankfully I came across Flubit.com. I have never herd of them before however the book I wanted was almost half the price from other leading online book retailers. I am not a fan of online books and still prefer hard copy. I was so pleased i immediately purchased some Flubit points with my debit card and just for doing that got 20% off. What a saving and the website was so easy to use. I had my doubts as it said if I brought points now (with a credit card) within 5 minutes I would get extra discount and you know what it worked. I would recommend this site to anyone for books.

Used twice.. seems good so far

First time user Bad start ...... took a bit of effort to resolve and points didnt not get added to account till several hours later....meanwhile the prices changed based on MUE value.

Got there in the end.

Flubit support via facebook chat sorted out issue there and then and i was able to proceed with order.

so while its only 3 stars this is only to reflect my first use of "flubit" and while it wasnt as smooth as id liked, i would use again.

My son loves these books! He's gone from hating math, to sitting up at 10pm telling me 'I dream of doing my math book mum!'. It has been a total game changer and he's just finished his year long book in 16 days! Also, love the ability to pay for the book using online flubit currency! Found the game I was looking for, cheaper than it was on other online stores - especially with the flubit points option.
As a first time customer on the flubit site, I was surprised to be asked for a review immediately after placing my order, however it was quickly dispatched and I received it 2 days later without any issues

On the check out I was offered 20% discount if I pay with Flubit points instead of GBP. As I did not have any points, Flubit.com offered me to buy the amount of Flubit points I needed to pay the transaction at the reduced 20% value. I followed the link and I paid with my debit card the amount requested and immmediately after I went back to the shoping cart to finish the transaction. When I pressed "Pay Now" a pop up message said that I did not have enough Flubit points to pay the transaction and I was short in 180 points despite I bought the exact amount I was indicated.to buy. Immediatelly I went to buy the extra 180 points and quickly again I went back to my shopping card and I finished the transation. Fortunately I did not fall in an endless loop. I would normally expect that once you agree to pay an amount that amount should be at least frozen for the usual 10 or 15 minutes transaction time out and not that one find that the amount changed when one is back to pay. I do not find that ethical.

Order process was a revelation. First time I've used crypto currency. It was simple & it's the future I think for small businesses. Good on ya. Hopefully now the dog shampoo turns up for the discounted crypto price. I'm sure it will. The transaction was an eye-opener.

Cheaper than elsewhere, even cheaper with Flubit Points

I order through Flubit 13 days ago for a planner which I have not yet received. Apparently there were some delays which was supposedly corrected but I still have. It received my product. I have asked for a refund as I can buy the product elsewhere but no response. I will never ever order from Flubit again when I raised a query I had a email saying it may be quicker to email the company concerned. The company was harpersons formerly the fireworks company. I am not being unrealistic to expect a delivery within 13 days!!!!!!!

Please do not deal with Flubit or harpersons or fireworks company. I don’t give out many reviews but I am so frustrated. All I want is my order cancelled so I can buy the product elsewhere. I am not being unrealistic. Please do. It deal with these companies. We have to make a stand.

I have never ordered from This website before so I decided to check it out. I was meant to receive my package 2 days ago but received nothing not even a confirmation that my parcel has been shipped. So I decided to contact Flubit which they never answer the phone and when they finally did they were so unhelpful. I am scared I have been scammed from this company. I have emailed but no reply back from them. I am really upset. Then I finally have someone answered the phone saying they will get back to me regarding my item and no one has gotten back to me. Please don’t buy from this site they are really unreliable and unhelpful. I hope I have not been scammed but this is what is looking like
