I wanted to share my experience with flow pouches.
Honestly I started with another popular brand tried them for a month wasn’t feeling it then seen an add for Flow.
I read some reviews and was like I’m gonna give them a try. My goal was to get off energy drinks, so I opened my first can of pouches and from day 1 i noticed a difference with a clear mind , the focus at work and the natural flow of energy. No crashes no up and down energy burst I would get from energy drinks . Fast forward it’s been 5-1/2 months no energy drinks period I haven’t felt better .
Also I’m an avid gym goer so I was then again used to pre workout EVERYTIME before the gym. So I decided to stop the pre workout and just put In a Flow pouch and my gym workouts are amazing now a clear mind no jittery feelings no crash from the caffeine .

I quit chewing almost a month ago. Flo pouches have been amazing! I am not sure if I was just that ready to quit or what but I have only had 2 real cravings for some Copenhagen. That is shocking compared to any other time i have tried to quit nicotine.

I made the switch from nicotine to these pouches. Haven't looked back. All flavors are good, cool mint and citrus are great.
Haven't had any issues with shipping or quality.

Didn't want nicotine once using this. Every single flavor tastes great! I would give it 5 stars if it was sold at my corner store. I recommend to anyone!

Flow is easy to use and a much better experience than cold turkey or staying with a little nicotine gum once in a while. It's what I hoped it would be.

Stopped nicotine cold turkey after 36years with using Flow pouches

I have been using flow pouches for a few weeks and have completely stopped using tobacco. Loving the flow. I sleep better than I have in years.

I have been using FRE nicotine pouches and have cut back to 3MG and am using them with the FLO to maintain flavor and potency. I feel like I can eventually quit the FRE and just go FLO, but I'm taking it slow and was a poet and I didn't know it!

I am told that I was sent a reminder email for the shipment days before it was shipped and I was charged. I never received such an email. I checked all my mail folders, including the Junk folder. No such reminder mail was received.
As soon as the shipment+charge email I received, I instantly shot an email to them requesting cancellation of shipment anda refund of the charge. Two days later, I received a reply stating that they had sent me a reminder which I never received. Now it’s too late to cancel since the order has been processed and shipped. They sent me a screenshot claiming that a reminder email was sent; however, never did I receive such a fictitious email!
Anyway, Flowpouch basically scammed me of the $42+ but lost me as a customer for good. Bad business practice indeed.

These flow pouches are great. The only problem I have had is that my second order never did ship. So I ordered one more time to see if they get it right. If so I will keep ordering, if not I’ll have to find something else. Hopefully everything works out with flow!!

Rarely do tou find customer support like this company has provided. Quality of the product is also unmatched. Cant say enough about how much I have enjoyed my experience with this company. 10/10 would recommend!

I actually, really like this product. They helped my quit nicotine all together. That's where the positive feedback stops. My order got lost in shipping. After 5 days of blindly waiting I was told to be patient. When they finally decided to send out a new order, I was informed it was on backorder for another week. I swear if they thank me for my patience or apologize to me again without showing me some results first, I'm going to lose what's left of my sanity. Give me what I already paid for.

Getting off of the nicotine was way easier than I thought with Flow pouches. I love them and that the flavor lasts longer than the nicotine pouches. I do feel more energized and clearer head after my 3rd week.

I have committed to trying to quit chewing tobacco and these flow pouches have been a massively huge help for me to actually quit! I went over 36 hours tobacco and nicotine free for the first time in about 15 years and I am looking forward to keeping this going!! It’s by far the best alternative to chewing tobacco I have found in the market! I love it and hoping to never look back!!

Man I was tired of feeling like I was dying, felt like I was having a heart attack. Nicotine was the culprit. When I switched to Flow I thought that I was going to be let down, but I was wrong. I wish the convenient stores carried this product, but I guess when they don’t carry it you know that this is right decision to switch because why would they carry something the actually makes you feel better! I haven’t had nicotine since, and there is no way I’ll go back to that! Flow is the new NEW! Sure hope flow can keep stock!

I oredered these pouches to try thinking it was a one time purchase. i was automatically put on a subscription without my knowledge and took out money without any authorization. I also learned that the mushrooms were bad for my brain since it has negative effects with CADASIL. It fell on deaf ears and charged me anyway even though I canceled my sub and suffered a stroke and had to move. Not an honest company. beware please.

Flow Pouch products are unsafe for individuals with a history of stroke, CADASIL, and advanced white matter disease due to fast-acting ingredients like Reishi and Cordyceps acting as natural blood thinners, which can lead to severe oleeding when paired with prescribed antiplatelet medication. Furthermore, stimulants ike Theacrine in the pouches can cause dangerous vascular stress on already fragile blood vessels.

They are quick at shipping! Great product to switch to, from using the nicotine pouches all the time. I love most of the flavors.
