My purchase was in great condition when it eventually arrived. Royal Mail delivered it 3 days late and the cardboard packaging was damaged by being squashed and torn . No reflection on Flow Kayaks.

My wife took a day off work to be in for delivery which never happened, no communications from flowkayaks until i phoned them, then i was told the courier didn't pick up as expected, i then had to take a day off to be in for delivery. Use a better courier or give better coms on the day the courier doesn't pick up

Thank you for your feedback on this Derek, we are constantly reviewing the couriers that we work with and use intel from the wider online community for who is currently offering the fastest, most reliable service. Unfortunately we are not notified when a delivery is slowed down but we are investigating something we can put in our system to notify us of a delay in transit.

I ordered a kayak, shipped to N. Ireland... my only complaint with Flow kayaks is in the expectations set for delivery. It was delivered in about a fortnight, which is great for the price charged... but I was told initially that I should have it within the week. And the online order tracking does not work at all for delivery to N. Ireland.

The shop had a good stock of brands, sizes and gear. Spent a long time in the shop trying all sorts of things on. Unfortunately the big ticket things just didn’t suit so left with just a few bits and bats. However the chap in the shop (Ed ?) was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Thanks

Been using Flow for a number of years…
Been using Flow for a number of years now for my son who usually bankrupts me when we walk through the door (Pyranna Kayak, Astral PFD, Sweet Strutter Helmet, rescue knife, ear plugs) it goes on! and my husband and I have had BAs, SUP belts and numerous other bits. Tamsin and Jake are always so helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. Prices usually completely match all others online. The new move to Holme Pierrepont brings them to another level.

Just missed out on 5 stars as they refunded me instead of arranging an exchange which i wanted and thought I had agreed with them, so had to re-purchase while waiting for the refund to come through.
Apart from that great products and delivery was great and the service overall was very good.
