Accidentally ordered the flowers to my house instead of my friend and they sorted this out for me instantly , delivered the flowers & balloon and sent me a picture of them at my friends door . They looked immaculate and balloon was looking perfect too not like it had been sitting for days waiting to be sent . The gift itself was beautiful and the flowers bloomed & still are blooming lovely . Such a friendly , quick & speedy service I will definitely use again & recommend to others!

The flowers received by my sister looked quite different from the picture of the the ones I had chosen. I understand that what’s in season is the determiner but the green leaves looked untidy and overdone. Also there seemed to be fewer flowers and the pale pinks were missing.

I have ordered a bouquet of of flowers for my partner, the flowers arrived on time, however, some of the flowers were in sub optimal condition (broken/cut). After contacting costumer service they have immediately offered to send out a fresh bouquet the following day free of charge, the bouquet arrived the next day in perfect condition.
Very good costumer service!

Ordered flowers and gave the address and eircode. I got a photo of the delivery and a message saying there was no response at the address and photo showed flowers left at the door. The delivery was sent to the wrong address and the recipient had to go looking for the delivery. I contacted the company who offered a voucher, not good enough, delivery charge should have been refunded as they were not delivered to the correct address. Would not use this company again.

I ordered extra large flowers for my friend getting married, she sent a pic thanking us & the flowers were small & completely different colour to what i ordered.
I got intouch with the company & although the only good thing I can say about them is that they do try to give good customer service & are quick at responding but all I wanted was a refund or even at least a refund for paying for extra large & would have paid for the small box that was sent but they offered to go pick up the flowers from my friend & give the ones I ordered or a gift voucher. Picking up & redelivering from my friend takes away the nice gesture considering she was none the wiser that the wrong bunch got sent & offering a gift voucher wasn't wasn't useful as I advised I live in Scotland & was only sending these as a one off. They said I could gift the gift voucher, again, why would I just gift this just because I have to. In the end, they sent out the extra large set to my friend as well as chocolates & a €30 gift voucher. They have short changed theirselves now rather than just giving a refund for the inconvenience!

I placed an order with you several days ago that was scheduled for delivery to my address in Greystones today, the 9th Sept. It was my first time ordering from your service, and I was eager for my wife to receive the flowers for our 15th year Wedding Anniversary celebration.
However, midday passed, then 2pm, and still no sign of the delivery. I found this odd, as I have ordered flowers for my wife every year from different online flower companies, and they have always arrived by around 2pm, with the latest delivery being at 3.30pm. At approximately 3pm, I contacted your customer service and was informed that deliveries to Wicklow are typically in the late afternoon. I waited an additional three hours, but still, nothing arrived. I called again and received the same reasoning---late afternoon for the Wicklow area. I requested that the representative contact the driver for an ETA. He assured me he would call back after speaking with the driver, but I never received a call.
At 7:20pm, there was a knock at the door, and an older gentleman in a hurried state delivered the flowers. He apologized for the delay and offered a box of chocolates for the inconvenience. I thanked him but embarrassingly had to apologize to my wife for the flowers arriving so late. My wife of course was understanding and said it was no problem. On closer inspection, we noticed the flowers were poorly arranged, with excessive greenery to the point that the roses and white blossoms were too tightly packed. The vase was also too small for the arrangement. Additionally they appeared squashed, and one of the long-stem white rosebuds was snapped and hanging lifelessly. Overall, it resembled a bouquet one might find at a service station.
I felt very embarrassed due to the tardiness of the delivery and the condition of the flowers once they arrived. The entire experience has been disappointing, and this will be my first and last time ordering from FlowersDirect.ie. My family, friends, and I frequently purchase flowers for loved ones, and I can certainly say I will not be recommending your services to any of them.
Very poor form.

I paid extra money for the flowers to be delivered to the person on the afternoon of a certain date. I checked with the person and she hadn’t even got them next day till she went looking for them.

Ordered flowers for the birth of my best friends daughter and accidently entered my billing address instead of the delivery address.
Contacted the company (on a Sunday) and expressed my concern and got a respone from Byron in less than 5mins
Excellent service
Cant wait to see the gift!

Found flowersdirect.ie on a web search & bought a little hay box of flowers for my sister who just lose her beloved doggie.
Ordered in the morning around 7am. Paid with ApplePay and immediately realised it had autofilled my own address for delivery. I emailed them with the correct address & they responded really quickly confirming and flowers were delivered before lunchtime, looking exactly like the picture. They sent an email with a photo of the flowers at my sisters door.
Really excellent service & will definitely use them again.

What didn't go wrong!!
The flowers for my friends 60th were not delivered on Sat for her bday. And not on the Sunday for her party which meant I attended with no gift. Flowers direct just blamed the courier company.
They actually asked if I would accept vouchers instead of a refund as I would have to wait until the flowers were found and returned to them by the courier company... dead flowers I would imagine at this point. And when I was asked if i would like for a call from a manager and said yes. I never received one ..even though a date and time was set for the call...a disaster all round.
Advice..buy your flowers anywhere else. It wouldn't be hard to find better than this

I’m so pleased I used this Irish company to send my mother flowers on her birthday. I live in California. The video of the flowers and the communication was fantastic. And they even texted my Mum. Plus she said they were the nicest flowers she ever received. Go raibh maith agaibh! Thank you!
