I needed sunflowers for a special occasion. Flowers by Flourish were the only suppliers (after a long internet and local search) who could guarantee these particular flowers, in late February, which is well out of season. They arrived in perfect condition, easily the best-packaged flowers I have ever received, and in very good time. The recipient was thrilled and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you.
UPDATE: half of the sunflowers are still perky two weeks later. Marvellous.

Appalling customer service from Managing Director James Hunt. I ordered a bouquet of Hydrangeas for my sister in laws 30th birthday two weeks in advance and specified both on the note to the florist and also through following the companies guidelines of requesting day before special occasions delivery. They arrived early and less than twenty four hours after being delivered, three of the five stems had died. I constantly called but the phone was never answered and it took three emails before I got a response. I asked for a refund as the surprise was completely ruined by both reasons stated above however this was completely disregarded and further emails were ignored. The Managing Director offered to send a replacement bouquet but I declined twice and asked for a refund however he ignored those emails when I mentioned taking his company to small claims court. I will never shop from this company again due to awful customer service and overpriced flowers.

Flowers were really nice and arrived in good shape, cant knock the product at all. They did arrive a day late though, so not really sure what the point of having the option of choosing a delivery date is if they can't make sure it arrives on that date, might as well just remove the option entirely and have it as a 3-5 business days delivery. (yes it does say if its for a special occasion to pick the delivery date of the day BEFORE you want it to arrive, but again, why ask me what date I want it to be delivered on if you know you wont be able to do it)

If you want to send lovely flowers & exact timing isnt an issue for your delivery, then I'd highly recommend using this company. If you want precision deliveries on specific dates, I'd try elsewhere.

The flowers were delivered the next day. A gorgeous bunch of sunflowers. Highly recommend this company, will 100% use again.

Put my order in early on a Thursday for same day delivery. Had a message a few hours later to inform me same day delivery wasn't possible and it would be the Friday to which I reluctantly agreed to. The flowers arrived on the Monday. The contact (all via text) was non existent after the initial message received. Haven't received an apology or any sort of refund. Will not use again

Daughter received flowers 3 days late , she paid for next day delivery . Flowers were brown, dead and shrivelled. Rang customer services and they said “ not our fault ,blame the Royal Mail. No refund ,nothing . Think they are an absolute scam of a company . Many people complaining , wish we had checked reviews before purchase . AVOID !!!!

I've used this service twice. The first time I never got the flowers, and I was refunded.
The second time they arrived a day late and the vase was broken.
They said they will send a new vase, but they refused to refund me because the fine print says they can deliver within 48 hours of the chosen date.
Fair enough, but personally I will not use a service this unreliable.
I gift flowers on special dates/occasion so timing and reliablitiy is very important to me.
If you don't mind when the flowers arrive (or if they arrive at all), you will probably be satisfied.

My flowers arrived 3 days late when I paid for next day delivery. My bunch of flowers were very small even when I upgraded to a bigger bunch. They arrived dry and dead, contacted customer services and they were useless! Kept on ignoring me, terrible service! DO NOT BUY!!!! 😡😡😡😡

Emailed and called with absolutely no response at all ordered Mother’s Day flowers vase is completely smashed and the flowers are just shocking please contact me to arrange a replacement or refund as this is very disappointing.

Please do yourself a favour and AVOID them.

I asked to be delivered on a specific day and I got the flowers a day before as they thought that it was the best for the flowers to arrive earlier rather than later. Basically they ignored my preferred date for the delivery.

I got the flowers, however, they are dead, check the photos to see.
I’ve sent 4 emails asking for a refund, no answer.

The next step is that I’m going to report it to ADR + I’m going to file a complaint.

Hopefully they will learn something from this plus other complaints.

Beautiful flowers which lasted well and arrived on time

Although I did not see the flowers that I had delivered, the recipient admitted they were beautiful. They arrived within the time frame as per your confirmation email. I thank your staff for all their efforts and rest assured I will be using your services again. I have another order awaiting delivery and I am sure this order will be met with the same excellent service as before.

My friend send me flowers from this shop and im so upset. firstly they delivered my flowers a day earlier than they were supposed to. secondly, the flowers looked like they were dead and crushed. We tried to contact the owner to resolve this misunderstanding, but they ignored us

Normally the service us great but thise time the vase I ordered wasn't strapped down and there was broken glass everywhere.

I sent the following email to Flowers by Flourish:

Hi James,

I have received an email requesting feedback on your services; however, before submitting my review I thought it only fair to give you an opportunity to provide an explanation.

My order did not arrive on Valentine's day, it arrived a full 24 hours later. On receipt of the bouquet, I was very disappointed and felt that I did not get value for money. There were a number of pricing options for the selected bouquet - you would assume the more you pay the better the arrangements and more roses and lilies. In fact, I only received 4 roses and 3 lilies. Question for you James, had I purchased the cheapest option for this range, how many roses and lilies would one expect to receive?

In addition, I tried calling your store a number of times on Valentine's day to get an update. I even called the following day to express my dissatisfaction, but each time I called - no response, it just rang out. I received a tracking number via email in the evening of the 14th advising it would be delivered on the 15th between 7pm and 8pm. Very disappointing.

Finally, not at any point has Flowers by Flourish attempted to reach out to me and provide an explanation or an apology for not delivering the service I paid for. Again very disappointing.

Would love to hear back from you before submitting a review.

I RESPONDED, HAPPY TO ACCEPT A REPLACEMENT BOUQUET.

If you look at the managing directors email response there is no apology for the what actually happened or any explanation offered. Not great customer management and no empathy shown. Completely disregarded the vast majority of my email with no response.
Also No replacement bouquet ever received. Sent follow up email - ignored. Called the shop - no
answer.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered nearly 2 weeks before mothers day, emailed and told them I needed it for the 8th. The emailed back and said were posting out on the Monday or Tuesday. Nothing came, ignored my last 2 emails. Still no bulbs have arrived. First time I've ordered from here and I won't be a again. Shocking service.
Had to buy another monthers day gift because of the poor service. My advice would be to avoid this company

The flowers I receive monthly are always unusual and last about three weeks with frequent water changes! I absolutely love the choice of each months selection - truly beautiful and oh so colourful. Joyous! Thank you :)

The flowers arrived a week after the proposed delivery date ... Apparently the flowers got lost in the Medway Royal Mail depot system and a replacement bunch was sent out which is why they were so late. Since the recipient didn't know they were receiving flowers it took a long time to sort out but Flowers by Flourish tried their best.

Reliable service and excellent product for the right kind of money. Thank you flowers by flourish, it's the Xmas gift that keeps giving!
