An extremely negative experience with Flowers.ua. On March 6th, I received my paid order (a bouquet for 1799 UAH), but the condition of the flowers was absolutely unacceptable: the roses had dry and darkened edges, the irises were dehydrated, and the greenery was completely wilted.

After contacting customer support with photo evidence, the company admitted the poor quality of the product and agreed to replace the bouquet on March 13th. However, to receive the replacement, the service set a condition — I had to pay an additional 129 UAH for courier services. I made this payment.

On the scheduled day (March 13th), the promised replacement was never delivered. Starting from that day, customer support completely stopped communicating: my messages in the official chat are ignored, and no one answers the phone.

As a result, the company is withholding my funds in the amount of 1928 UAH (for the spoiled bouquet and the undelivered replacement) and refuses to resolve the situation. I strongly do not recommend this service due to their absolute lack of responsibility.

P.S. I ask the company representatives not to write template apologies here or ask for my contact details — you have my order number, and I expect nothing but a full refund.

Привезли не тот букет еще и на 8 часов позже чем я заказывала. Именинница целый день ждала свой букет, это просто испорченный праздник. Я заказывала за три дня до праздника букет "королева", а в день праздника меня оповестили о нехватке тюльпанов для этого букета, еще и оповестили в тот момент когда я спросила почему букет на час уже задержался! Но мне дали выбор заменить на хризантемы либо розы, соответственно я выбрала розы ТОЧНО ТАКИЕ ЖЕ КАК В ОСНОВЕ БУКЕТА, а привести в итоге через кучу часов букет ИЗ ХРИЗАНТЕМ с парой веточек кустов розы.

Прийняли замовлення, повідомили одержувачу щоб чекала на замовлення, а потім виявилось, що замовлених квітів у них немає (тюльпанів на 8 березня, дуже рідкісних квітів). Не звʼязались зі мною жодним чином, про*бали час доставки, і на наступний день самі ж відмінили моє замовлення, не запропонувавши нічого взамін. Зате купа чатботів і телефонних автовідповідачів!

Customer support sent a message they delivered it correctly, but the address was an appartment in a 15th floor, and they delivered on a bench (nobody knows where), and sent a proof of being delivered. If you have the opportunity to not use the service, take it.

The flowers weren't delivered, so they called the recipient and told me they would deliver them on the 10th. Early in the morning on the 10th, they wrote to me that the flowers I ordered were out of stock (a mix of white and purple tulips) and they were exchanging them for red tulips (and again, they simply presented me with a fait accompli). I immediately wrote to their support team to resolve the issue (they said they could also exchange them for white roses and couldn't help me with anything else). In the end, I cancelled the order (it would have been better not to order it). They fooled me and I didn't receive my order on time, and I didn't receive it at all.

На жаль, цього разу компанія серйозно підвела. Доставку здійснили із запізненням, через що було зіпсовано важливий момент. Окрім цього, букет без будь-якого погодження замінили на інший, який не відповідав замовленню.
Таке ставлення виглядає як повна неповага до клієнта, особливо до постійного. Замість радості отримав розчарування та зіпсований настрій.
