I ordered flowers and chocolate early in the morning and paid extra for same-day delivery. Nothing was delivered. The next day, I called and advised them to cancel the delivery, because nothing says "thoughtless husband" like flowers delivered the day AFTER an anniversary. I had to call three times to actually get through to a customer service representative.

Worse experience ever. Ordered flowers 2 days in advance of anniversary. Flowers never showed up. Emailed and called all day with no response. All I got was voice mail after being on hold for 5 minutes 3 times. At 5pm I get an email saying flowers are being delivered, never showed up. DO NOT TRUST!

Here's the problem Flowersdelivery.com are not florists.They advertise in all states and major cities like they are.They take your order and hit you with an additional fee (they call it delivery fees apr $30 to $35) and then find a Florists in the city that you want a delivery. They make promises they cant/wont keep ,they are based out of Detroit so your experience is going to be a hit or miss. I called thinking they were a Florists in my daughters city and insisted on an early am delivery they promised this was no problem as my daughters schedule needed and early delivery. They did make the delivery not in the morning but late afternoon and on top of all that when I called they were very rude to put me on hold for up to 5 minutes at a time, and oh btw I was then informed they had until 5pm to deliver the flowers.. Not what I was promised or was told.All the so called "customer representatives" and I use that word loosely were all young and came across like a bunch of shysters. To be honest I thought I was being ripped off and I expressed this to every customer rep I talked to as I stated getting nervous when the delivery did not come in the am as promised soooo I called several times curious what was the status of my order and one other thing I ordered this 5 days in advanced so there was plenty of time to get the order right. Btw their websites tracking portion does not work and they "claim" they are aware and trying to fix this.They did deliver the flowers looking NOTHING like the photo they had posted and sent me a $50.00 coupon to use the next time trying to fix my displeasure . Will I call them back ? NO! Will I use them again ? I THINK NOT! Will I refer them with a good rating? HELL NO!!!!!! Dont use them, they have the worst the customer support I have ever encountered.They are nothing more than LIARS giving a false representation of being a florists.

FDE did a great job with my order. They over promised and under delivered, I couldn't be happier with what they sent my girlfriend. Thanks so much for making this anniversary special!

I placed an order to send flowers to my mother 6/20 for a Sunday delivery of 6/21. There was an extra charge for the Sunday delivery but that wasn't a problem. The flowers however didn't arrive until Monday. The flowers that were delivered are ugly and nothing like the order I placed online. I will never order from them again, I will stick with ProFlowers they have always been amazing. When customer service responded to my complaint they offered a code for $50 off my next order-not a chance I will send my mom flowers from this company ever again. If this site let me post pictures I would but it doesn't.

I had the same experience as many others: I Ordered flowers on a Friday to be delivered the following day on Saturday. They were never delivered. I called to find out what happened and they profusely apologized and offered to refund the Saturday delivery fee of $10 and give me a $100 credit and said that my flowers would be delivered on Sunday. Sunday came and went. No flowers. I called again. I was on hold for a long time and then they hung up on me. I called back and this time they told me there was a "system error" and that the arrangement I ordered online wasn't available for delivery in the recipient's city and asked if I would like two dozen roses or a "nice plant" instead. I said that if I wanted roses or a nice plant, I would have ordered that in the first place. I finally just accepted the roses and moved on. THEN, I tried to use the $100 credit they gave me, but it is nothing more than a facade. It apparently only applies to the "original" cost of the flowers, not the discounted price, so I essentialy didn't get any credit at all. I will never use this service again and I advise everyone who reads this to take your business elsewhere.

the site is to hard to use if you want to look at the flowers it ends up ordering them when you are not ready I tried to see two different arrangements to choose from and they ended up charging me for both I then had to call them to get it corrected. they need to make their site easier to use. The flower arrangement was beautiful no complaint there but there are hidden fees that don't show up until you have placed the order what I thought was going to cost me maybe $50 to $60 dollars it ended up over $100 I just tried to do it again for a credit they said I had and it went the same as before when I ordered so I didn't finish the order but I know if I check my account there will be charges so I think at this time I will not use this way to order again thanks for this experience

They did simply not deliver the 2 bouquets flowers ordered. I told the person who was supposed to receive the flowers and below is her response. It took a week before I got a final response that they canceled the order and and credited my cc card.

"I called. I spent a lot of time on hold and talked to three different people, the last one a supervisor. I was told they would check on the order status and get back to me within a half an hour via email. It’s been over an hour and I haven’t gotten anything."

14 days have gone since I got the message below and I have not received the credit yet.

"This email is to inform you that your recent order has been cancelled and a full refund has been processed back to your credit card. It will take approximately 3-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account. We regret that we were unable to deliver this order as requested"

I called for help with the website so that I could place an order. I was given a choice of placing the order on-line or with the person on the phone. The lady was very pleasant and professional. The flowers were delivered within 4 hours of my phone call. I would order flowers from here again and highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the floral arrangement for my aunt's funeral. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and helped to make the whole process as pleasant as possible during a difficult time. I would definitely recommend Bloom Florist without any reservation.

I sent some "30th" Birthday flowers to my daughter at work. The flowers arrived in timely manner and she loved them!

I did not see them but heard they were beautiful and were delivered on time. I do like to order on line but had trouble with that. It dropped me before I was finished and then I had to call to make sure the order went thru. It was a little time consuming..

I bought the exquisite choice for my anniversary. The flowers were beautiful. I bought the regular choice the next time and the roses were dry and lasted only couple of days. Always buy the higher level offered if it is an important occasion.

Very easy website to use, delivered same day. Florist called to make sure it was ok to leave flowers on porch. They were gorgeous!!

As many others have indicated. Reliability is horrible. Inexcusable for something that means that much to people.
I ordered on a Saturday morning, guaranteed to be delivered by 2pm. Of course they didn't get there but they would give me $10 off an $80 dollar order and deliver on Monday. Seriously?
Seemed to be no heart in anyone I talked to. Painful in every aspect.
Hard lesson learned.
I wouldn't use these guys if it was completely free. My loved ones aren't worth that level of customer service.

I can't help but wonder what percentage actually get delivered ok. Must be a fairly high number to stay in business. Regardless, there are way to many bad reviews which means it's only a matter of time before your loved one doesn't get their delivery. I knew better....i could just feel this place was a risk, should have trusted my instincts.
