Exceptional service by Flow-Right from the initial extremely competitive quote all the way through to the professional installation of the new boiler. Steve and Jack turned up at the agreed time and got straight to work on installing the new pipework and new boiler which was fitted and fully tested same day. Great follow by Holly after the installation to make sure everything was working fine. I cannot recommend Flow-Right highly enough a great hard working company that will not let you down.

As soon as I contacted Holly in the office they arranged an on-site quote straight away at a time that was right for us. They talked through everything and we were really happy with the price and service. On the day of installation they went through everything with us and left everything clean and tidy. Couldnt recommend them enough the service and installation was great we now have a lovely warm house again

I received three quotations for a boiler replacement and Flow Right Heating & Gas provided the closest offer to meet our needs. They were in the middle in terms of price. They did an excellent job and resolved some minor issues to our satisfaction. I would recommend them for this type of work. Holly and Steve were great to deal with and provided excellent communication and follow up.

We contacted Flow Right to quote for a new combi-boiler after reading good reviews and we weren't disappointed.
After requesting a quote using their website we were offered an appointment for the following day. Stephen arrived on time and was informative and helpful.
Their quote was competitive and we were happy to go with the package suggested.
On the the day of installation Stephen again arrived on time, explained what the process would be and just got on with it. They were clean and tidy and the work was completed more quickly than I'd expected. Stephen explained how the boiler and new programmable thermostat worked and provided all the accompanying documentation/manuals. The old boiler and other rubbish was removed leaving us with a nicely installed new boiler that we're very happy with.
Communication from Holly and Stephen was excellent throughout the process. We'd definitely recommend using Flow Right!

Stephen and Holly gave us a very competitive quote for a new central heating system. On the day of installation Stephen and Jack and the rest of the team worked really hard and managed to complete the install in one day, well above our expectations. We couldn't be more pleased with the work they did, clean and tidy and always happy to answer any questions we had, the lads worked tirelessly to get the job done in super fast time. Holly is great at keeping you in the loop, always responds to texts, calls and emails in a speedy manner. I used Flow-Right to remove an old boiler and water tanks and install a new combi boiler. Steve gave me great advice on the job and the price was really reasonable. Jack and Steve were able to complete the job really quickly once I confirmed I would hire them and having Holly to book everything in, keep me up to date and do all of the paperwork is a really nice touch - more trades people would benefit from having this kind of service as I did not have to chase once. Very prompt communications from initial inquiry through to on the day. They had to block up my old flue and knock through another opening for the new one which was all finished off neatly.
