Quick delivery and well packaged my grandad was very happy with the robin spinner and the tea and biscuit that came with it. Thank you.

Delivery was prompt and I was informed when it was going to be delivered. Every item was well packaged and I loved everything that I ordered. My robin wind spinner is beautiful and has pride of place at my front door (hope nobody helps themselves to it), it replaces my poinsetta that hangs at Christmas. My robin hanging bracket is gorgeous and well made and now has an extra bird feeder hanging from it althogh is comes with 6 screws and rawplugs and would easily take the weight of a hanging basket. I also got a little robin (there is a theme here lol) that sits on the edge of a pot, he is so cute however, the first pot I tried to sit him on was obviously too big and his feet snapped so he is currently being glued and is sitting drying. The little extra gift of a teabag and biscoff biscuit was such a lovely touch. There are so many beautiful items on the website I think that I may have to add them to my birthday list lol

After my sister bought our mother one for her nineth birthday,then she gave me one for my 70th at the same visit.

Wonderful customer service! Had a query about delivery so telephoned and the agent was incredibly helpful and friendly. Answered my question and took my order over the phone. Delivery was quick and the product was excellent quality and a very well-received gift for my Dad’s birthday. Would definitely recommend!

Xmas 22, I was given this as a gift. Loved it so much that I got some friends one - Jan 23. After having an issue with the light not working on mine and one of my friends, I reached out to Flory’s to ask for advice.

With no hesitation they sent 2 replacement lamps and I am back up working. Top class service.
