Florins Wills & Probate Limited Bewertungen

The business is located on the Main Street in Louth so it’s very easy to access. Very helpful and knowledgeable team. Nothing was too much trouble, no matter how many questions we asked, Sophie always responded quickly and helped us to understand the process of making wills and powers of attorney. They were very accommodating to our needs. My wife has mobility limitations and without even asking they provided ground floor access to conduct our meeting. This made us feel very comfortable and valued as customers. We also believe the costs for their services to be very competitive and value for money. Compared with the online services that are available we think we received a much better face to face service. It was very personal and really helpful in the fact that we could ask as many questions as we needed to before we committed to our final documents.

Thank you for making my experience so relaxing from start to finish.
You should all be very proud to be part of a fabulous team xx

While our requirements were relatively simple, when it came to compiling our wills it made a huge difference having recourse to the approachable and affordable experts at Florins. Highly recommend.

A very positive experience. I’ve found Sophie, Graham and all the staff at Florins to be professional, courteous and friendly on all occasions and I have recommended their services to my family.

The whole process was streamlined, staff both in person and over the phone were very helpful, definitely highly recommended.

Great service and excellent helpful explanations for are Wills

All of Florins staff were lovely from start to finish. We mainly dealt with Sophie to draft the will and powers of attorney for my elderly father. It’s always a little daunting, thinking about writing your will but Sophie was brilliant with him. Explaining everything, making sure he could hear her and was very prompt with paperwork and appointments.
Nothing was too much trouble, the office is modern and comfortable and services reasonably priced too.
We had such a great experience we Sophie, my husband and I have returned to draft our wills too.
I would recommend Florins for all the above but honestly they were welcoming, knowledgeable and affordable. Customer service was excellent and their flexibility was appreciated. Thank you Sophie.

My husband and I have recently re located to the area and wanted to organise our wills, although nowadays it is easy to obtain will writing services and deals over the internet, but nothing compares to using a local professional company, we decided to instruct Florins to handle one of the most important milestones in our lives and we were not disappointed, Sophie arranged everything laid out in our wishes and was easily approachable if we had any questions or concerns,
We have no hesitation in recommending Florins in Louth so much so that we also instructed Sophie’s business partner Graham to organise our pension plan

Thank you Florins for your professionalism, friendly approach and support.

Florins are a small company dealing with Wills and Probate in Louth Lincs. The team are friendly, engaging, sensitive and took time to understand my needs before giving first class advice. The whole process of creating a family trust was seamless and timely. I would highly recommend their services.

A very efficient and easy process to complete our Powers Of Attorney. Sophie Vines explained the details very clearly, and is an extremely pleasant person with whom to do business.

The office is a breath of fresh air - none of the fusty dusty about this place, just stylish and professional.
