I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the professionalism that was displayed by a representative from FL Cash Home Buyers regarding the purchase of my home. He was very pleasant from the beginning. He presented me with all of the options that he had available to offer. He allowed me ample time to make a decision. He followed up with me at our agreed upon date. After speaking to him and careful consideration we decided not to go with FL Cash. He graciously accepted my decision. This was a pleasant experience for me and I would recommend this company.

When I contacted FL Cash Home Buyers and let them know I was interested in selling my Home they came out right away viewed the home and made a cash offer the same day that I was very happy with. Florida cash home buyers is the contractor that everyone shouldn’t have any reservations or doubt in having them take care of your house needs. My wife and I had this company tend with two houses of ours, when it came to the second house we ask them to tend to our needs that was out of there normal working area which they did for us. They purchased my home as is at a better price than other offers and were fabulous to deal with through several months - especially Stacy Brown who coordinated everything. No realtor fees no doc stamps - and as I looked for a condo to buy, they were kind enough to extend my closing date, understanding I needed more time. It ended up I decided I did not want to live in a condo and they worked out a buy-out so that I could stay in my home. Unlike so many businesses these days, they were a pleasure to deal with.

I can't say enough about Florida Cash Home Buyers. That's why this review is so long...

They provided us with great options and the service was outstanding. Within a few days of our inquiry we had a FCHB associate out to look at our townhouse and give us an immediate cash offer or an option for them to try to find a buyer. We went with the option to find a buyer because with a secure buyer they could pay us more without risk to them. Paul showed the house several times with large groups of pre-qualified buyers - he was so good to our renters in the townhouse. Within the allotted time, FCHB secured a buyer. Then we started working with the office on closing - Barbara and Stacy were awesome. They were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I would, and have already, recommended FCHB to friends. Because we were willing to use 90 day option to find a buyer, our payout was very close to what we would have gotten with a realtor without the hassles. They did everything!

They promised our home would sell in 90 days, but it sold even sooner at 60 days. There were no issues with closing. The funds from our sell were wired into our account within hrs of closing.
