Do not buy from this company!! The shirt I ordered was very cheap material. I tried to return and they will give 5% back on purchase price and 15% discount on future purchase if they approve the refund after receiving it. You have to pay all shipping cost! They said, if it is unwearable, wear it, give it to a friend or donate it! No joke. That was a quote from the email they sent.

Ordered 100 dollars worth of items, Dec 26, 2022, its now Mid February and still no items. Tracking number says label was created but not in the system. It hasn’t been mailed. I just contacted company to request a refund, I’m guessing they will not give it. I ordered from 4 companies that day, I received products from all but this one. Shein, Noracora, and Ivrose,all sent what I ordered, Florcoo hasn’t.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I bought 3 sweaters which were too small. Have emailed the company 3x, asking for an exchange to a larger size. NO response! I am out $100.....Spend your money elsewhere!!!

I ordered a shirt from Florcoo the first part of November appx 5th. Just received yesterday(Dec 29). So forget the 8-15 business day shipping.
The shirt itself seemed okay as far as quality. I just didn’t care for the fit/design. Tried to return it and the company makes it next to impossible. They tell you it’s from China; would be costly to return. Then want pictures of the package and the item so it can be inspected prior to return.
I’m going to donate. Not worth the hassle (which is probably why they make it so difficult).

Horrible cheap quality. Sized a full size under standard American sizing. Company keeps stonewalling me on return. Beyond terrible customer service. Please go to Marshalls or TJ Maxx but whatever you do DON’t BUY from these rrio offs!!!!

Terrible Company. Products are nothing what the website shows. Website advertised 30 day easy returns and when you request a return they say you must pay shipping back to china and will offer 15% off next purchase instead of a refund. Do not buy from this company!

Made the huge mistake of ordering a sweater from Florcoo: cheap fabric; poor craftsmanship [seams didn't even line up]; long delivery time; and in order to return it, customer is expected to pay shipping back to China!!! Don't give Florcoo ANY of your money.

Buyers beware…..I wish I had read a review before ordering. They fool you with ship dates and I waited 3.5 weeks to get a dress that was horrible quality and sizing was so far off. I contacted customer service to set up return and they told me it would cost more to return it so just waste money and do nothing. They DO NOT tell you this when ordering. This place is a bait/switch type retailer. I am not sure how they can operate. If you order, you cannot return or exchange and their sizing is not even close. I didn’t know the customs/tariff was part of the equation. They wait to tell you hoping the clothes will work out.

Terrible quality and not at all true to size. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone so you can not return items. I can't believe they are able to be in business. DO NOT ORDER from them. I took the chance and am out $80.00. I should have read these reviews first.

I first placed my order on 8/10/22. I started tracking my order once I had a notification it had shipped. It said to allow 8-15 business days. By 8/30 I contacted them about where my shipment was. I was unable to track it and it had been 20 days. They ended up having to re ship my order. I finally got it on 9/25/22. However it was not at all as described. I used the size chart and going by other reviews decided a Medium would work. It was no where near a Medium. It was more like a XS. I contacted them about a return. They chastised me for not using the size chart and said I would have to pay for shipping, handling and custom charges! This was a total waste of $47. I will never order from them again. Not to mention it ships from CHINA! If I had known that to start with I would have never ordered it!

Do not order from this company as the photos shown on their website are not accurate to the description. I ordered a duster, which the material was made of felt, yes the same material used in school projects. Not to mention it was poorly sewn and had jagged edges around the entire duster. I did get a full refund BUT had to pay to ship the item back to China which costs $29 dollars for less than a pound. Consider yourself warned by NOT ordering ANYTHING from this website.

This site did not say what country they are shipping from; that’s a clue to beware! Any clothing sites from China, thus far, have not been good……a lot of con artists. When I find out it’s from China (clothing websites), that’s a definite that I will not buy clothing items from them. Hopefully, everyone that reads this will beware and hopefully their sites will be shut down.

If I could put negative stars, I would. Terrible, terrible, all around. Quality is awful, and returns are not possible despite their website's information. I had to issue a chargeback through my credit card company, hoping they can help.

Terrible quality. I knew it wouldn’t be the best quality because of the price, however their sizing is t accurate and their quality is worse than I expected. I ordered 4 items and only one actual looks like the picture! Will not be ordering again and definitely do not recommend

I ordered "Casual Print Split Joint V Neck Irregular Dress" (with shipping a little over $40) and received it about 6 weeks later. The long story short is: after Florcoo stopped trying to convince me that I received what I ordered because it was something else than what they were advertising (very poor looking dress, darker colors, thicker than I was hoping for garment and even different color patterns) instead of honoring my request to return the item (like they advertise: "30 Days Easy Return") they informed me that the cost of return plus customs duties that I will be responsible for paying are higher than the cost of the dress. So you have to be positive that you know what you are ordering because it ends up being one way transaction. As a compensation they offered something like 5% gift card for next purchase.
Find some other site. What they do is not honest.

And last thing: before coming here I posted this review on florcoo's site but it's not visible there. I only wish I checked their ratings better.

Need a zero star, ordered six items, all came in like a piece of garbage, had to pay $45 to ship items back, this was three months ago, still fighting for a refund.

Oh, I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from Florcoo. Yikes- terrible quality! In process of returning now, we’ll see how it goes, but the clothes are crap and it took me forever to return since I had forgotten the company name and none of the shipping materials were labeled. This feels very scammy to me- DO NOT ORDER. And, hindsight being 2020- I will check stores out on here before I order from anyone else.

Buyer beware! What is advertised and what you get are night and day, This is a cheap Chinese company with no return policy.

If I could give them a zero I would. First, I ordered a dress for an upcoming event and I knew I would have to make alterations (it had a halter top the no 65 year old should wear). So I paid big bucks for express shipping. It was to arrive by April 20th. It came May 13th, almost 20 business days late. I leave for the event on the 14th.
Second, I tried on the dress. What a joke. I ordered a size up so I could more easily alter it. The halter top did not even cover my chest (and I am not well endowed). The zipper stuck and even if it fit, it looked like crap. They must have a great photo editor.
I know with these internet companies that returning items and costumer service would not be worth the effort.
No more ordering from these type of companies.

Ordered a few things from Florcoo last month. Took over three weeks to get here. Once it arrived I try on the clothes and I am not overexagerating when I say that the quality of their fabric is the worst I have felt. I can find better material at the dollar store. Think the material from a cheap doll. Now I am not too picky so I try on the clothes and NOTHING fits. I bought a jumpsuit and the legs are too long and the torso would fit a 10 year old. Another dress was huge on the shoulder size and too small at the waist. I try on a blouse and it feels like super cheap polyester that would catch on fire on a hot day. Anyways, stick with Shein at least you'll get a good piece once in a while.
