Called into Floor Giants today at Merthyr Tydfil. To get a rug for my Mam and settled on a grey one.
Steve was extremely helpful and professional throughout. He guided me through the options, helped me choose the right rug, and even carried it out to my car after the purchase.
He’s a real credit to the company, and I’ll happily shop here again thanks to the excellent service Steve provided.

Fantastic flooring
I popped into my local branch in Merthyr just to do some price checks on flooring for bedrooms. We were served by Steve who was super friendly and knowledgeable, the prices were fantastic, good quality flooring - we ended up buying flooring for the rest of the house while we were there! Communication was on point while waiting for stock to arrive (they even held on to it a little longer while I made room for it). Excellent customer service will definitely be back! Cheers Steve!

Excellent service from Shelley
Highly recommend the Basildon branch. My girlfriend and I were welcomed straight away by Shelley who was fantastic throughout, very knowledgable and we didn’t feel forced to buy anything like we felt in some of the other major shops we visited. Highly recommend, thanks again Shelley. Thanks, Luke and Casey.

Kim @ The Hull Brance
We have been dealing with Kim @ the Hull branch, who has been fantastic with us over the last 8/9 months whilst renovating.
We have made several changes to our original order whilst work was being carried out, changing flooring options, and Kim took all of this in her stride. She was positive, made great suggestions and has been a real help in organising, delivery and fitting.
She's a credit to the company and goes above and beyond. Thanks for everything, Kim.
