We had a complicated installation it went without a hitch. All deadlines were met which was critical as this was an emergency replacement and installation due to a flood.

Looking forward to working with them again in the Spring . . . My saleslady is a flooring expert and could not have been more helpful. And, their gigantic showroom must have the best selection of LVP north of Grand Rapids.
The installation crew was very personable and expert at laying the flooring, however I was unhappy with how they reinstalled my baseboard. The crew was obviously ready to move on to the next job and didn't take the time to do a quality job. That said, Floor Covering Brokers made it right and I'm VERY HAPPY with the overall experience and my choice.

Only issue we had was we were short on products. This is frustrating cause it pushes you back when trying to get things done.

Exceeded Expectations
I had a challenging situation that was solved by Floor Covering Brokers in two ways: first, salesman Mike Sedgwick was willing to look at several alternatives and help figure out what material would work best in a hallway that is sometimes colder than 40 degrees in the winter. As far as installation goes, Dave and David were unbelievably quick and efficient and their craftsmanship was really terrific. The material being replaced was old and literally pulling up the subfloor. Rather than removing the old floor, instead they built a new subfloor and the new floor is solid and looks great.

Our experience with floor covering …
Our experience with floor covering brokers has been good. The receptionist and staff on the floor greet us warmly . Our salesperson Kim Cassady is excellent. Knowledgeable and truly committed to custermer satisfaction. We have however experienced issues with our product itself . And have had the pleasure of dealing with Mike as well as our installer Brian along with Kim. All have been kind and courteous and have not hesitated to make the trip to Grand Rapids as they troubleshoot this issue. We are confident our issue will be resolved soon. We have been assured by all 3, they will not stop until we are completely happy. And have demonstrated to us that Floor Covering Brokers is committed to customer satisfaction.
