I’ve researched many water management systems but the one I chose was FloLogic. Over the past few years there were several alerts and shutoffs that prevented significant damage to my home. FloLogic offers homeowners peace of mind and my insurance company even provides a discount to my policy. There are a number of competitors on the market today but I found FloLogic to be the best system on the market.

Over the past year continue to have "Val fail" message. The nice folks at Flogic have tried but does not work. New battery, new power chord,sent unit back, they sent older unit back as replacement, replaced gasket on replacement unit, pulled power chord out. Removed unit numerous times. Have messed with this thing for over a year.Put unit in away mode this weekend and as backing out of drive unit beeps-message Val fail. Does not work for me.

I have two units currently at two separate locations and have been very pleased with the equipment and the peace of mind it provides. The app is a must, it is very intuitive and user friendly, I cannot say enough about the system and how well the app integrates. I did not instal myself but used two separate plumbers who had no issues in installing, I would recommend that unless you are an experienced plumber (and not a weekend warrior like me!) that you use a qualified plumber. I would also mention the stellar support I have received from the Flologic support team, absolutely first class in my experience. I have been protected by the FloLogic’s for about 3 years already and would not consider owning a house without one again. An added advantage that was a pleasant surprise was that my insurer (Pure) gave a discount on my two policies based on having this equipment installed.

Let me begin by saying Flowlogic has giving me peace of mind. I had a major flood in my condo 4 years ago and I was to say the least traumatized. A friend told me about Flowlogic. I had installed 4 years ago and never looked back. I'm a teacher on a fixed income and Flowlogic was worth every penny. I have since had questions that have popped up and always had a knowledgeable tech on the other end of the phone. Today was no exception and Ian from Flowlogic helped me through a situation I wasn't sure about. My unit detected a dripping faucet. Wow!

Fabulous product. We've had it for about a year and it has actually gone off a few times -- all legitimate, such as someone leaving a bathroom faucet running by accident. It's never turned off our water when there was not a legitimate problem.
I'm deducting one star only because I can't specify the type of pre-alert I get before the system shuts off my water. I have the iOS app set up to give me a 5-minute warning before shutting off the water, but the warning sound (if any?) is so quiet that I don't notice until after the water has been shut off. I'd like to be able to assign one of my alarm sounds, or anything that will make a lot of noise so I notice it on my phone before the water is shut off. Or better yet, receive a text message and/or email in addition.
Also, I saved $1000 per year on my homeowner's insurance premium after installing this device (it's a big, expensive house.)

Thanks to Flologic, I sleep tighter at night because I'm not afraid of any leaks. One day it happened to me as a child and it's just a terrible experience. I didn't want to repeat it anymore and I installed the FloLogic system in my house. Yes, it is a bit expensive, but to me its usefulness and my peaceful sleep fully justifies its price. The installation of the system went quickly and neatly.

I always worried about leaks when i left my house for an extended period of time. I worry no longer since I installed Flologic. That alone is worth the price of the product.
It is one thing to buy technology but I always wonder what happens when I need technical support. I can tell you that the support I have received has been spectacular.
If you are in the market for leak detection look no further - Flologic should be your choice.

This is the third house we’ve installed a flologic system in. A wonderful product.
I wouldn’t have a house without it. It provides peace of mind should a leak occur and your not there to catch it.

There was a residual beep that I called about twice until someone came to fix it

The system is great and performing as expected.
Suggestion: Find an installer who knows the system. Initial setup was a little rocky but with the help of the FloLogic support line I have all of the bugs worked out.

Quick fix and reliable. System working fine now using the connect module. Staff was professional and competent.

Second house in which I have put a FloLogic unit. After looking at the alternatives I was much more comfortable going with one I trusted, understood, and could easily integrate into my alarm system easily. If I had another house, I'd buy another one.

This is an excellent product, preferred by CHUBB home insurance, especially for homes on Cape Cod. You need to hire an electrician and a plumber to install - this fact is not known until the plumber arrives and cannot install without installation of associated electrical. The remote access works well, and the mechanism can be paired with alarm systems. Get it!

The over the phone crew never did get my installation working. After a few weeks, I had to leave the house unprotected for the winter season. Not very happy.
