Waiting about 6 weeks for merch since…

Waiting about 6 weeks for merch since placing order back on November 11th. Wrote two emails with them saying it would take 3-5 weeks from pre-order to ship merch. It's well past Christmas and I feel bad i couldn't get my son his clothes for Christmas....Don't trust them, they wrote back in all caps 2nd email telling me to either wait or cancel order, crappy customer service! I didn't appreciate thier unprofessional response and negative attitude 😒

No Parcel even after 6 Weeks

Made Order 13th of november. After 6 Weeks order still not arrived. Flim Flam keeps telling me the same thing, that it is a pre-order so it will take 3-5 Weeks. Would like to know how far we are in the Process, but just the same answer back. I have now canceled, and they paid me my money back straight away. Only plus in this transaction.

Still hasn’t shipped

We’re in the same boat as the people below. We ordered 11/11 after my daughter begging for this merch for Christmas. It said it was a pre-order and would take 3-5weeks to ship. No problem as we ordered right away. For days after my order my daughter would remind me that the you tube guy was saying if you didn’t order by “x” date it wouldn’t get there in time for Christmas. I kept thinking I was all set. At the 6 week mark, with no communication, I emailed customer service. They reminded me it was a pre order and would take 3-5 weeks. It had been 6 weeks AND the youtube guy had been making it sound like things would arrive in time for Christmas so I asked if they could check on my specific order and was ghosted. I’m going to wrap a picture of the order for my daughter, but I’m really not certain if it will come at all… has anyone looked up the definition of flimflam? I feel like this may be one 😂

I have been waiting 6 weeks tomorrow…

I have been waiting 6 weeks tomorrow for my order and I only receive automated responses that don’t answer my questions. My son is so excited to get his flim flam clothes, yet I’m afraid they may never arrive. Still no shipping date despite ordering 11th November and paying over £50 in shipping to the Uk. A response from this company would be nice! Praying they arrive one day and I haven’t been scammed out of £160.

Buyer beware

Like many of the previous reviews, I too purchased an item for my child. He requested a hoody. I made the purchase on 11/24 hoping to get it before Christmas. After absolutely no communication, I reached out with concerns. I was given generic email responses too! He was excited so I don’t want to cancel the order, so now we wait and hope for the best.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ONLINE STORE IF…

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ONLINE STORE IF YOU WANT IT SHIPPED IN A TIMELY MANNER! I ordered merch on November 15 to get in time for Christmas and they didn't ship until December 17th and it still won't arrive before Christmas. Garbage customer service that blamed it on black Friday even tho I order well before that. Never again!

5+ weeks with NO merch or actual update being offered

Ordered 11/11/22 immediately upon merch drop with acknowledgement that the site said "pre-order will begin shipping in 3-5 weeks" (which the site STILL has shown on these items). Waited 5 weeks+ without any update, and receiving generic canned response emails without any response to asking for SOME KIND OF idea when my order would be sent, based on my order date. I'm very suspicious at this point, and am tempted to cancel with my bank to get $ back... but my son was so so excited for this. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! :(

Bad bad so bad

Bad bad so bad. Scam company with auto response emails. It’s been over 5 weeks and still it has not shipped. Completely ruined my sons bday bejng the one thing he wanted just was Mia. I’ve emailed now countless times asking for an exact shipping date to no avail
Now I ask for a refund and that too gets ignored. We are broke and this is really terrible to do knowing that these items are for kids. Hate this company. Frauds!!!!

there...are....not....that...many...kid...clothing...options...because...my...kid...wanted...the....swim...trunks...in...h-is....size....... so i was wondering if there was a way to get them in kids size.

Sticky sweatshirt

We bought a sweatshirt for a Hanukkah gift for my son. We purchased it in Oct as Hanukkah was early this year (Nov). Apparently he wanted a different hoodie but as we ordered it outside their pre-conceived notion of what a holiday order would be, we have no ability to do anything but return at a huge expense to us and not get anything in return. So, my son decided he would try it on and low and behold the backside of the logo (on front, back and arms of hoodie) is sticky. The adhesive or glue to adhere the designs made the whole sweatshirt sticky. It isn't something he wants to wear. We washed it twice hoping to reduce the stickiness, and it didn't help at all. I wrote back to the company and they replied with the same note.

We are unable to process anything beyond that time limit.

So, the company has no interest in making matters right for us or my son. I am terribly upset and frustrated with them.

Please steer clear

Please be very cautious ordering from this store. We spent £53 on a hoodie and t-shirt from the store, this price included postage from the US.
Our son really wanted official Flim Flam Merchandise, so we were happy to pay to Steep price.

The sizing on the website is very odd, we consulted with American friends who agreed but were able to advise us on the best size to order.

The items arrived and they are nowhere near the quality that I was expecting for the price paid. The transfer on the hoodie is blurry, stained and discoloured. The t-shirt is at least 4 inches longer than advertised.
I wasn't too worried, I ordered from the official store so believed that if I emailed them they would be able to propose a resolution here.
However, they instead reviewed the images highlighting the discolouration and huge size disparity between the t shirt and the hoodie and they advised this was normal "no issues with quality". The issues with my order were not a problem for them.

The only suggestion was, I send back the items, at my own cost for a refund. This will mean I am over 40 dollars down due to postage fees, all because I wanted to purchase real items and not fakes.

I would advise anyone to buy the fake merchandise off of eBay or Amazon. The quality will be the same but for a fraction of the price.

I will have to buy some fabric paints to try to correct the image and take the t shirt to a seamstress to correct.

To all parents, please be aware, this is not a proper company. Don't make my very expensive mistake.
