@flightsmojo voided my ticket ON TRAVEL DAY due to their own error after I'd checked in & cleared immigration at Delhi T3. Told me the flight was "cancelled." It flew as scheduled. Deboarded, de-immigration stamp on my passport, flew 8 hrs late, ₹9,019 upgrade lost. Their offer? A discount code. Booking ID 2085863.

Extremely disappointing experience. I strongly advise others to avoid booking with Flights Mojo.

I booked international flight tickets for 3 passengers through the Flights Mojo website on 6 July. At the time of booking, the website clearly stated that I would receive my e-tickets within 60 minutes. However, I did not receive them within that timeframe.

I immediately contacted their customer service, and I was then told that due to "limited seat availability" with the airline, the ticketing process could take 48–72 hours. I was not prepared to wait that long and repeatedly requested them to expedite the process.

What followed was an extremely stressful and frustrating experience. Over the next several days, I contacted customer service multiple times through calls and emails. Each time, I was given a different assurance — that the ticket would be issued by the end of the day, within a few hours, by 11 AM, by 7 PM, or within the next 2 hours. Unfortunately, none of these commitments were fulfilled.

The 72-hour timeframe also passed without any ticket being issued. After approximately 125 hours from the time of booking, and after numerous calls, emails, and an enormous amount of stress and frustration, I finally received my tickets at around 11 PM on 11 July.
Although I was extremely unhappy with the experience, I was at least relieved that I finally had my tickets.

Unfortunately, the problem did not end there.
On 21 July — around 10 days after the booking — Flights Mojo contacted me and claimed that my flight had been "suspended" due to an issue with the airline. They then offered connecting flights on completely different dates, despite the fact that my original booking was for a direct international flight for 3 passengers.

I was not willing to accept these alternatives because they did not meet my travel requirements. What was even more frustrating was that I could still see the original flight available on the airline's own website.
At that point, I had completely lost confidence in Flights Mojo. I requested a refund and explained the enormous stress and inconvenience I had already experienced. With no other practical option, I had to book the same flights directly through the airline's website at a considerably higher cost, resulting in a significant financial loss for me.
This entire experience caused me a great deal of mental distress, anxiety, sleepless nights, and financial loss. The repeated assurances and timelines provided by customer service were not fulfilled, and I found the overall communication and handling of my booking extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

I am now considering filing an official complaint with the appropriate consumer authorities regarding my experience, the repeated delays and assurances, and the financial loss and distress I have suffered as a result of this entire ordeal.

I am sharing my experience so that other travellers can make an informed decision before booking. Based on my personal experience, I will never use Flights Mojo again, and I would strongly advise other travellers to carefully consider their options before booking with this agency.

I sincerely hope the company improves its customer service, transparency, and handling of ticketing issues so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

I Booked a flight ticket for Premium Economy on 8th July 2023 . First I got a message after payment that we will not get Premium Economy for 8th August 2023 on informing that date change is not acceptable to us I got a confirmation on 8th August saying the premium economy ticket is confirmed. When my daughter went to the airport she was informed though the ticket mentioned Premium Economy she is booked on economy class. According to us this is cheating. The crew at the checkin counter called Virgin UK to confirm the same and they too confirmed what the crew had told my daughter is correct.

Poor customer Service. Darren called me and he rushed me. I think customers deserve respect and we have the right to take our time analyzing before finish a purchase. I honestly do not recommend them because I paid more for my ticket. According to other reviews the CS is really bad, and the price is higher that the price you booked originally.

Very rude behaviour of the customer service representative. They need to be educated with some basic corporate etiquettes. Also, as per my experience if a service is not taken or cancelled, company shouldn't charge any service fee. They have the highest service fee of ₹500 per booking and it's a hidden charge. I would like to get the service fee refunded.
This is first and last time I'll use the site and will make sure my network never comes across these cheats.
