Booked a flight to New Zealand through Flight House. Adan was very helpful during the booking process researching different options and timings and stop-over in Singapore. Helped find options for extended legroom seats. A good experience very helpful.

Adan was a good at listening to our requirements and was very helpful in finding right itinerary for us. He was friendly but not being over the top and efficient in providing the service.

I spoke with a young man called Adan Yuhanna. We had several conversations, he was always very clear, very efficient, very helpful in selecting appropriate flights and seats. There were problems in us making payment and he sorted that out very efficiently and what was quite a tricky itinerary was made extremely easy.

Leo was a great help in booking tickets and hotel for me and my partner back in August to Dubai and Australia, we did have a slight issue where Emirates took the booking off the system so it was a hassle to then have to deal direct with Emirates ; which involved paying each time I wanted to change the travel dates. I also did assume that I could cancel with a refund which turned out not to be the case.
All in all a pleasant experience though and hence why I contacted Leo to book a subsequent flight this week to Dubai
