Elouise has been fantastic helping us get the right tickets and connections. A great communicator, prompt with replies and very patient with all the questions I had.

Sophie has been so responsive and provided expert advice - making the experience of booking the flights for our first overseas/round the world trip as a family no-stress and for a great price. Next step is booking accommodation and internal flights/trains etc and Sophie has given us clear guidance about what we need to think about/decide along the way.

I am very happy to write this review because the service I received from Flight Centre, and particularly from Fiona Smith, was outstanding, efficient and highly professional.

I had been planning this trip for several months, and unfortunately there were many changes along the way. Even as my departure date approaches fast, further last-minute changes had to be made, as prices also escalate. Throughout the entire process, Fiona looked after my booking from day one. Even while she was travelling herself, she continued to assist me and organised the necessary changes within a very short timeframe.

What I appreciated most was Fiona's personal approach. She was always accommodating, responsive and professional, and dealt with every change and request in a timely manner. She is lovely to talk to, easy-going and, importantly, I never felt pressured into making a booking or purchasing something. Instead, it felt like we were working together to achieve the best possible travel arrangements and outcome for me.

That level of personal service makes a real difference, particularly when organising a complicated trip with numerous changes.

I am extremely happy with the final arrangements and with the service I received from Flight Centre. I would most definitely return to book my future travel with them, largely because of the excellent service and commitment shown throughout this booking journey.

A very special thank you to Fiona Smith for all your effort, patience and support. You made what could have been a stressful process easy to manage, and I greatly appreciate everything you did for me.

I recently purchased a package from the 30th September to 12 October, travelling to Bali. My booking is for 12 nights. But as it seems my accommodation will only accommodate me for 11 nights. So when I arrive, I won’t be accommodated. I thought it was because my plane arrives in Indonesia at 1 am on October 1. So I changed my flights and it would still only accommodate me for 11 nights. Which means the first day is not accommodated. I called Flight Centre and see what they could do about this. It became a very frustrating conversation as they didn’t really listen and didn’t really know the questions to ask the supervisors. I asked to speak to the supervisor and I manage to have her communicate with the property I was staying at. She did but she asked for an early check-in for me. This is actually a late check-in as I will be arriving late. So when she got back to me she mentioned I had to pay for an extra day. Which I felt that this was going to happen and if it does then this whole package is a scam. Your holiday is for 12 nights but you only get 11 nights of accommodation. This is not advertise. This is just what happens when you book. And there is nothing that they can do about it so they say. Really disappointing with the service, package and all the staff I spoke to. Unfortunately, I’ve paid for it so I have to continue and possibly pay for an extra accommodation. But rest assured, I would not book with flight Centre ever again. And would not recommend packages to anyone and would advise everybody to check before they purchase. Even though I did check and called them before I purchased. Their defence was because there’s no booking number we can’t do any inquiries about this. You must book 1st before we can request what you want to the hotel. Which I regretfully did. I continue to book my package because it was the cheapest online. And now I see the reason why. It’s now escalated to be the most expensive.

I consider Flight Centre to be a bunch of USELESS CROOKS.

We have been using Flight Centre for about 5 years - and always receive good service.
they are so happy to offer suggestions - and we havee not been disappointed in any of the bookings - we use them for both Domestic and International travel.

I had an exceptional experience working with Emma Wilkinson from the South Brisbane team. Her professionalism and expertise were truly outstanding and made what could have been a stressful process of organising group flights feel completely effortless!

Emma was incredibly attentive throughout, taking the time to understand all of my requirements and ensuring every detail was met with care and precision. Nothing was overlooked, and her communication has been clear, timely, and reassuring at every step.

Even now, she continues to be attentive and responsive to any questions I have, which has been incredibly reassuring and much appreciated.

Fiona was very helpful. I changed my mind several times, which no doubt would have been frustrating but it wasn't an issue for Fiona. She helped me every step of the way and was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Please be careful when booking your holiday online with flight centre i had to cancel my flight home and move it because of a family tragedy.

I did all the right things did everything with in the time limit and they never did anything about it never heard back from them
Called mutable times saying we are sending an email now and I never received one
Keep calling just got passed around
Then they wanted to sting me $300 for not turning up to the flight even though I did the right thing and what I was ment to do

They never got in contact with me never helped me nothing I had to book a whole new flight my self and I was out of pocket from bad customer service even though i paid for all the flight and travel insurance incase these things happen .

I have never booked a flight with them since and never will
