Amazing and wonderful service from SAXON James at Flight Centre Warwick Grove WA. Saxon has exceeded our expectations to ensure that we have a great holiday. I would normally wait until after being on the holiday to write a review but Saxon has done so much extra work and helped us in so many ways throughout our booking that it needed recognition.
As a group of 6 obviously this alone makes it a bigger job than normal but to add in personal Medical needs and assistance to transporting medical equipment, Saxon has handled everything efficiently and ensured that all airline, airport and accommodation staff are aware of my needs.
To then make matters worse our accommodation had a fire and our booking had to be completely changed to another destination only 2 weeks before we fly.
There are honestly not enough words to describe how amazing and excellent Saxon has been throughout our booking and the difficulties that have been presented to him.
At all times throughout our booking he has kept me informed about everything and answered any of my questions promptly and efficiently. Also be aware we live over an hour and a half away from his location and everything has been handled via phone and email.
We will be booking all future travel with Saxon and recommending him to family and friends.
I highly recommend you book with Saxon he is knowledgeable and professional and will ensure your travel plans are exactly what you want and need and nothing is too difficult for him.
