I and my travel companion booked through Caroline at Flight Centre Canberra Centre (my travel companion felt more comfortable through an agent). Honestly, I do not know if Caroline is totally incompetent or just a lier to get the booking 'she' wants for you. My friend was in the office with Caroline, whilst I was on the phone & computer at my home. I routinely questioned her pricing and seat suggestions based on what I also had in front of me. She repeatedly stated the seats we booked had extra leg room despite my constant protestations (how many times can you say you were not right?) Of course she was NOT right. We were under the impression we had paid extra... so repeatedly emailed her whilst away to follow up on the issue and to request an upgrade...Crickets!
Eventuallly she did respond to one question - the upgrade and quoted well over $1,000 more than what we ended up receiving from the airline. She repeatedly mixed up our booking requiring reissue of tickets, wished us a great trip to Germany... we were traveling to Ireland/UK and on one occasion upon spelling my companions name wrong stated "lucky my friend picked the error up quickly other wise it would have cost her" Umm no sorry Caroline, this was just another in your long list of errors.

I would definitely NOT recommend Caroline from Flight Centre Canberra. Nor will I be using an agent again.

Michelle arranged our flight booking to Melbourne and return, and we could not be happier with the experience. She explained the various options along with pros and cons, and made sure we fully understood the whole process. We had a number of questions which she was able to answer immediately. No complaints whatsoever!

I have just returned from a trip organised by Darcy of Flight Centre, Canberra CBD. Darcy has helped me with travel before, which speaks for itself. Any problem I've encountered has been swiftly solved, nothing is too much trouble and the travel plans suggested have been first rate. Flight Centre in Canberra Centre would be my first stop for any future travel.

I had a great experience with flight centre, particularly Te-Mata from Canberra Centre who made my first holiday to Bali seamless and fun. He was great at organising a range of tours to experience all that Bali has to offer and ensuring all transfers were organised. 10/10 for service and booking an unforgettable holiday!

We have previously booked travel through other Flight Centre offices and received acceptable service. However we were impressed by Caroline’s patience and attention to detail. Every aspect of the trip was researched and refined until we had the optimum package. We will certainly avail ourselves of her service in the future.

Whilst planning our trip to Europe in June, we visited Flight Centre many times, including Flight Centre Canberra Centre twice. The 1st time was when we met Tem. It was our 1st time travelling to Europe and Tem was very thorough and patient in answering all the questions we had prepared.

The 2nd time we visited, we saw Tem was free and immediately approached him again. Given the recent events overseas, our original flight plan had changed, which resulted in booking another airline. Tem understood our situation, and personally called the original Airline to arrange a full refund due to the flight change. Tem was professional and understanding, and we can thank Tem for ensuring we got the best results for our trip.

I’ve been booking with Darcy Grealy at Flight Centre for a few years now. I find him patient and very knowledgeable. He’s been very helpful and thanks to COVID I will continue booking through him even when I move. Having a great travel agent is like having a great hairdresser, it’s a must!

We initially booked our trip through Flight Centre with Josh, who has since resigned. While overseas, my husband became seriously ill and we needed to return home urgently.
A close friend visited the City store where they met Tem. Tem listened carefully to our situation and promptly arranged flights home with full wheelchair assistance throughout the journey. He went above and beyond by also supporting us with our travel insurance claim and regularly checking in on its progress.
I am extremely grateful to Tem for his professionalism, compassion, and dedication in helping us return home quickly and safely.

I was helped by Joon Lee and it was a fantastic and smooth service. He helped our group get a package that was perfect for our desired trip. 10/10 experience would use his services again.
