My travel agent Pashan Irani was wonderful to deal with from start to finish. He was very helpful, prompt in getting back and patient throughout the process.
Pashan provided the best options to me keeping in mind my requirements as I was solo travelling .
My booking was complex as I wanted to travel across 4 different countries and had many flights to plan out.

I needed flights from Wellington to Sicily in September that had to tie in with my friend's arrival from the UK. I wanted the most direct route with minimal layover times and at a reasonable price. Ashika was incredibly helpful and very responsive. She interpreted my requirements and came up with a great itinerary at a competitive price. Booking through Flight Centre took all the pressure out of booking lots of connecting flights on a long haul journey

Ashika Naidu knows what customer service is all about. I phoned from overseas, Ashika had my quote to me the same day. My communications throughout the whole process were responded to so promptly. Truly exceeded expectations. I couldn't believe how quick, easy and stress free organising my overseas trip, special requestes, flights, insurance etc was. I haven't used an agency in years but will be coming back to Ashika from here on.

Friendly,reliable and experienced staff made me trust the company to go ahead with Interprid travel to Nepal,Maldives and Sri Lanka.

Book with caution. My elderly Mum was scammed by Flight Centre Sylvia Park this weekend. She's been sold flights which are extremely expensive and not what she actually wanted. We tried to contact the store the very next day after an emotional and sleepless night only to be told it was too late and no cancellation. Our family is devastated by the service we have received. Flight Centre takes zero responsibility and there is no accountability for scamming an elderly lady. Very shameful.

Dealing with Charlotte Kumar was pleasing and professional especially on VIP Night where we had better prices.

I contacted Flight Centre on line with a general enquiry on a Sunday. Within 15 minutes I received a call from Ashika Naidu Astounding !! Within 10 minutes I received a quote for the holiday. Extra hotel nights were booked. As well was flights and transfers After half an hour my holiday was confirmed and paid for. All details, dates, times, etc were emailed to me. Ashika is a real asset to your Company. Bright, cheerful and with a sense of humour

On a side note, I emailed a different company on Thursday with an enquiry. It is now Monday afternoon and I am yet to hear from them

Only thing left to do is Google where I am staying and things to do :-)

I had a great experience with Flight center Nz, I needed to book a fare for my family to the island in December but didn't know where to start. The staff were really helpful and patient.They took time to listen to what I needed and gave me different options that suited my budget and travel plan, flight center Nz is doing a great job with customer service and I would definitely recommend them to others

I met Logan as soon as I walked in. I received the best customer service ever. Clear instructions, advice and the whole process including my first flight centre visa card application was so smooth and easy. Throughout the whole process was just outstanding not just the application itself but had some conversation about personal matter too which is necessary in some situations which takes away the pressure during the application. Awesome work and very professional too from Logan which I give credit to Logan for putting in the effort to make our booking possible and smooth with an awesome and an amazing results
