Lots of marketing, very little support
Flex puts a lot of effort into advertising, branding and acquisition, but in my experience the actual support and responsiveness do not match the image they promote.
When you are dealing with business finances, payments or corporate operations, response time and accountability matter. A financial provider cannot simply look good on the surface and then fail to provide clear, timely and useful answers when something needs attention.
For startups and emerging financial platforms, trust has to be earned through operational reliability, not just marketing. In my opinion, handling serious business finances with providers that are still proving their maturity can become a real operational risk.
If your company depends on predictable access to funds, proper support and stable financial infrastructure, I would recommend looking for a more established banking partner or a real bank with stronger processes and accountability
